not our first trip to this service center. we had an issue with our cx9 that the service guys couldn't figure out. we had many parts replaced and repaired with no results. just kept trying thi we had an issue with our cx9 that the service guys couldn't figure out. we had many parts replaced and repaired with no results. just kept trying things and charging us for them. lots of money later (over $1,000.00) , they wanted to make a very large repair ($3,000.00) we took it to a local mechanic who. for $250 figured out the problem and made the repairs... during this time we were at heavy odd's with them for charging us for work that didn't repair the car, nor did it make the car better (like struts, tires.. wear and tear items that eventually need replacing) The service manager couldn't have made things much worse, raising his voice at my wife) We didn't want to pay hundreds for things that didn't help (new sensors, when the old sensors were fine) More

The staff is knowledgeable about the cars that they sell and they go out of their way to ensure that you are out and back on the road in no time. I decided to buy my new Mazda 6 from them as a result. The process was so easy! I was on the fence about a lot of models and options on my car but they answered all of my questions and provided me with different options for my budget and lifestyle. I especially appreciated Tim (our salesman) as he ensured that I didn’t leave the dealership with a car that wasn’t set up. He sat in my new car with me, showing me how to change all of the options and basically how to use everything. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience! More

The following week I came in with my wife and went for another test drive. They matched the price I received from another dealer without hesitation and we decided then and there to buy a car from CJ Wilson. A week later we drove home in our new car. Utterly painless process. Doesn't get easier than that. More

I was on my way sooner than expected and was able to enjoy a tasty breakfast while I waited. Please note that I did schedule an appointment on their online which is also easy to do. I arrived early (you can never tell how long it will take with Chicago traffic), but they were able to start on my car right away. I do think this CJ Wilson Mazda dealer is the best dealership I've ever used. More

He is a real hustler in the sense that he works for the sale and gets it done quickly so that you leave happy and don't have to spend your whole day at the dealer playing games. Usually the financial process is lengthy and intimidating but Patrick was well prepared and had everything ready to go. There was no pressure to commit to any add-ons and the process was quick and painless. This is my second car, and my family's 6th car, with CJ Wilson Mazda and I'll definitely be back. Zoom Zoom! As all dealer service centers do, CJ Wilson points out other "recommended" services, but I find it questionable if those extras are worth it or even cost-effective. Some may be DIY projects, if it's just fluid checks. More

Sales people are down-to-earth, friendly but at the same time experienced and professional. Nobody tried to push me to anything (maybe just a tiny bit), they really try to understand the customer's needs and provide what is the best. The loan process was painless. Definitely would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
