My family and I went into the dealership in mid July to take a look at a used 2017 Mazda CX-5. We were helped out by MJ, and he was awesome/great, we did not end up buying the 2017, but instead placed an o take a look at a used 2017 Mazda CX-5. It wasn’t even two months, when I got the phone call that my new 2023 CX-5 had arrived. We went to pick it up and it was such an easy process. Big thank you to Harvey too, he was able to get me a good payments on my Mazda and get me at a good APR, especially for this being my first car loan. I want to give a big thank you to Harvey and MJ too for being patient with us, since I needed to translated all the information they were given me to my dad. They were so patient and understanding with us. I will highly recommend anyone to come and see them ! More
This dealership doesn't track services/maintenance performed. My recent purchase has no service records at all. None through Carfax or the Mazda app. Just sad. “Scammed a Military Family” My husband and I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle from Napletons Countryside Mazda back on 1/3/22 with the odometer reading 121,423. We test drove the vehicle, checked the o a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle from Napletons Countryside Mazda back on 1/3/22 with the odometer reading 121,423. We test drove the vehicle, checked the oil and we were told that the vehicle had undergone the standard assessment upon being accepted at the dealership. We were stationed in Arlington Heights. At this time, trade in vehicles were still scarce and although we test drove vehicles with other used car dealers, we felt that purchasing from the dealership would be more reliable. What a poor assumption on our part. We paid $10,802 for the vehicle. Shortly after purchase we received orders to leave the area. We drove the vehicle to SC and parked it until our PCS the next month. After finally getting the vehicle to NC, we took it for a routine service and were told that there was a minor repair needed with the Cam Cage that would cost $1700.00. Unfortunate but we assumed par for the course. Upon leaving the service the vehicle started displaying the “check engine light”. We located a specialist with Volkswagens, where they determined that the motor would need to be replaced at a cost of nearly $8,000. It seems that at some time an oil modifier of some type was added to coat the engine to mask symptoms and stop the sensors from triggering. Once the oil was changed, the problem started again. The repair shop requested that we reach out to Napletons Countryside Mazda directly, considering we have only traveled a total of 2167 miles total in the vehicle. After speaking with the Countryside Mazda Manager, Mr. Skylar Davis personally; as well as the owner Mr. Steve Napleton. We have basically been told that they will bear no responsibility for selling us a LEMON. We are responsible for covering the full repair bill. It’s wrong and unfortunate. This is a huge financial burden for our family and a poor way to conduct a business. Steer clear of this business!!!!!!! More

Worst experience ever. Told them I didn’t want my credit run until we had a deal. They agreed to my terms, began slamming my credit and then came back and reneged saying they misunderstood my 15,000 payoff run until we had a deal. They agreed to my terms, began slamming my credit and then came back and reneged saying they misunderstood my 15,000 payoff for 5000 which didn’t even make sense. Now I have to wait 6 months for credit score to recover. Avoid them like the plague! More

worst car experience! Had a test drive today, wanted to purchase the car and Andrew Jakubczak tells me he needs $2000 additional OVER the list price. What?? Yes that's right he said inventory is low and EVERY dealership is doing this, however not true. I called 3 dealerships after I left. And he kept pushing the interior/exterior stain package. What an idiot. I would have paid listing price with over 2/3 cash down. And boldface lying about his $2000 over list price!? That's a skumbag. More
