I always check and inspect my car to make sure the paint has no scratches because of bad past experiences I've had with previous dealers with cars I've owned in the past. When I got my car back I noticed the scratch on my hood right away, it was big enough and you couldn't miss it. I complained to the service guy Freddy and he immediately checked the car and rushed to go get a touch up paint (which I knew that wasn't going to erase the deep scratch). I never asked him to use the touch up paint, all I wanted was answers of how this could had happened, and he suggested to talk to his Manager (Rafal). I asked Mr. Rafal to respond to my problem and he asked to bring the car in so he can see it personally. I went on the day of my appointment to hopefully see Rafal but he wasn't there, instead Freddy was there and he wanted to take pictures of the damage to show Rafal and to send the pictures to their body shop. A whole week and some days passed by and I still didn't heard from them so I contacted Rafal and asked him what was going on and he said he couldn't help me with my problem because he said his personnel is always very careful with everything and he's never had this type of issues at his dealer before. He's basing his decision to not fix anything based on pictures and not seeing the car in person, it's never the same. Mr. Rafal your personnel are humans and make mistakes too, maybe they did the scratch on accident with equipment or unintentionally and didn't even noticed they did it. My car didn't had that scratch when they went in that dealer and now they don't want to fix it. What are security cameras for? I'm sure they could see a video when my car went in and would notice my car had no scratch. I will report this to Mazda Corporate, I love Mazda but I don't like this dealer no more, I lost my trust. They don't take care of your car and never going back. I've also had another issue that same day I got the scratch on my car, I asked them to not give my car a car wash and they still did it. I'm not sure if someone just doesn't like me in that dealer or what? The reason why I asked them not to wash my car was because in the past when I had bought the car brand new from them, they washed it and gave my car very noticeable swirl marks that weren't there before, so I asked them to please put it on their system to never wash my car every time I would go for an oil change and they still ended up doing it even after they asked me and I told Freddy no. Guys I'm not a mean guy, I gave these guys too many chances but they still don't respect the client in my case, I'm not trying to harm nobody but I'm just rating my experience. I'm a hard working man and I work hard to pay my car and wanted to keep it looking great always but this dealer just damaged my car's paint slowly. I'm never going back and I don't wish for anyone that loves their Mazds to experience what I'm going through. More

Great experience buying a car! First of all, I was beyond thrilled to have a female car sales person!!! She has a vast amount of knowledge on the cars and financing and gave us options while helping us find the best one. I trusted her and she was upbeat, patient, easy to get along with and work with! This is my first Mazda and they are awesome cars!! Buying a car is very stressful but she helped to minimize the stress for us. More
Great experience! Came in to look at the latest line up of Mazda's (haven't owned one since 2001), test drove the 3 and the 6 and went with the 6. At no time did I feel pressure about the sale, felt comfortable the entire time. From the moment I had decided to go with it to driving off was just a bit over an hour, and the place was really busy with three other buyers finalizing as well. This place is not the closest Mazda dealer to my house but really worth the trip for me. Keep up the good work guys! More

$328.28 for new fob programmed? Really! A costly key! Service was great and quick. I was told on the phone that it would cost me under$200, but the final cost was $328.28. Bought tiny touch up paint for $14 that was included in cost. Can you check to see if a mistake occurred in billing. It is hard to be a loyal when the costs of services are extreme when compared to my local mechanic. There were 2 service advisors. I assume David was the second guy who billed me. New location, great choice! I used to take my car to Mazda in Lake Villa where I purchased it over 5 years ago. I had a great relationship over there with Arnold in Service and I used to take my car to Mazda in Lake Villa where I purchased it over 5 years ago. I had a great relationship over there with Arnold in Service and he was the best. I was informed that location was no longer open for service and was referred to Countryside. I've had to come to this shop twice within the past couple of weeks for different issues with my car. My new service guy is David and he is just wonderful. I'm happy to be able to take my car to a location closer to where I live and still get quality service that I was used to. Thanks David!! More

Last minute appointment I understand Saturday's are very busy but I figured I would call and see if I could get into an oil change. Dave told me to come in and he got me don I understand Saturday's are very busy but I figured I would call and see if I could get into an oil change. Dave told me to come in and he got me done immediately!!! They even washed my car and vacuumed the inside. Amazing service and Dave looks like he lost some weight and is looking a lot healthier these days. More
