Superlative Customer Service! We were shopping for a mazda 6, and I came across CJ Wilson Mazda. I made an appointment with Tim McGrath, and let me kid you not, Tim rocks!! H We were shopping for a mazda 6, and I came across CJ Wilson Mazda. I made an appointment with Tim McGrath, and let me kid you not, Tim rocks!! He made our new car buy super special, he wasn't pushy and was very detailed throughout the process in buying a new car. He made sure I understood everything, and went above and beyond, to make sure my purchase was something special. Tim even offered to pick me up from my home, so that my wife didnt have to drive me to the dealership, to pick up the new car. The day of pickup, Tim kept me updated on everything, throughout the day, and as promised, he was at my front door, to pick me up and drive me back to the dealership, to take delivery of our new vehicle. Tim made sure that I was happy with the car, before signing the car buying contract, and made everything possible in his power, to have my car ready for driving, that night. He spent almost an hour, with me in the car, showing me through the car system and how it works. Tim really made my buying experience a breeze, and he was really bearing with my questions. To top it off, he even offered to install our baby seat base, now that is some excellent service. Tim is the sort of guy, I would just drop into the dealership and say hello, trust me, after dealing with him, you wont forget him. He made our experience forgettable, and let me tell you this, his skills and customer service is top notch, and you dont find these easily in a person. Tim is a friendly guy and kept me happy throughout the process, which is great. I highly recommend dealing with Tim, give him your business, and you wont be disappointed. He is highly motivated and will make sure that you are happy before you leave the dealership, whether or not you buy a car with him. Keep up the good job mate!!! More

Easy leasing experience I went in to find out if I would be able to get into a new lease. As always the staff at Countryside was more than accommodating and I was in and out I went in to find out if I would be able to get into a new lease. My salesperson, Marta, was as helpful as she always is and quick to help me choose the options I wanted. Definitely recommend this dealership. I've heard nothing but horror stories but have yet to experience them here. More

CJ Wilson Mazda was by far the best experience we had, they were fantastic! Tim McGrath was our salesman and he was a huge breath of fresh air compared to other salespersons at other dealerships. We had some seriously terrible and unprofessional sales people "help us" over the previous few weeks. We spoke to Tim about test driving a CX-9 one hour and a half before they closed their store. Tim arranged for the test drive and had the vehicle waiting when we arrived. Tim gave us excellent customer service and was knowledgeable about the car. Tim was great to work with and we were in and out of the dealership in about two hours with our new car. Thank you Tim, and thank you CJ Wilson Mazda for restoring our confidence in customer service. Pleasant car buying experience I went to a couple of Mazda dealerships before arriving to CJ Wilson. From the time I walked in the door, those salesmen were all pleasant, friendly. They walked me through the entire car buying experience and listen carefully to what I desired in a SUV to help me with making my decision. After taking 7 days deciding on a 2016 CX-9 Touring, I returned to CJ Wilson to make my purchase because they were patient and I never felt pressured from any of the salesman or the managers. I did not receive pesty phone calls, or misleading information. I was able to sit down and have all my question answered for. Manuel Castillo. He was genuine, honest and patient and provided great customer service always offering a smile. Matt and Manny made me feel comfortable with doing business there. They even offered to take my previous car for a trade in. CJ Wilson's consistent quality, great customer service was the key factor that encouraged me to make my decision faster and purchase that 2016 CX-9. All of those gentlemen, were very nice all the way throughout the car buying process from the test drive, to signing papers with Jeff in financing! They made sure I was happy when I pulled off their lot; and to me, that's what matters most! As a 1st time SUV owner, I am happy with my choice! I did find a chipped scratch on the vehicle but the service professionals were very inviting, pleasant and courteous and immediately took care of it within 48 hrs. I love everything the CX-9 offers and even though I have only had it for a week, it give me something to look forward to getting up riding to work now. I feel proud getting in and out of it!
