On top of that, they addressed additional concerns I had about the car (in tires, additional all service costs which I would not use, accessories, etc) which left me leaving the dealership with the feeling that I got the best deal possible. After meeting with that dealer, I was given a reasonable o I first went to a different Mazda dealership to get an estimate on a new Mazda 2016.5 CX-5. After meeting with that dealer, I was given a reasonable offer, but wanted to explore my options. I was referred by a friend to Manny from the CJ Wilson dealership in Countryside, IL, so I went there to see if they could give me a better offer. Manny was able to beat the other offer, and was happy to work out a deal on trading-in my previous vehicle. Manny's enthusiastic, yet up-front, approach and friendly demeanor made the process very easy and smooth, and ultimately won my business.
