Amazing car buying and maintenance experience Usually, car buying is a stressful and often time exhausting ordeal. However, when I went o to CJ Wilson's Mazda in Countryside, it was anything but. Usually, car buying is a stressful and often time exhausting ordeal. However, when I went o to CJ Wilson's Mazda in Countryside, it was anything but. Their staff and personnel were extremely pleasant, genuine, and professional. They were empathetic to my needs, and at no time did I ever feel like I was being "sold" - rather, it was like they were there to just help and offer suggestions to my needs/wants - if the sale went through, great and if not, then they were happy just to help me filter down what I wanted. After buying my car, each time I went in for a check-up, I was greeted warmly and the service was consistently top-notch! I've had my car for exactly one year, and in the mail, I was sent a gift box which included cookies, two mugs, some coupons, and a note thanking me for my business and hoping my car experience is still pleasant. It's these small things that makes CJ Wilson's in Countryside feel less like a stereotypical car dealership, and more like a family run company. I will continue to support CJ Wilson's in Countryside, and I always refer them to any of my friends or family who is in the market for a new vehicle. Keep up the incredible work! - Ken More

I bought a used Ford F150 supercrew turned out to be a scam Upon arrival at CJWison it seemed that I was being well taken care of, however after trading in my mustang for about 2 K less than what it was worth a Upon arrival at CJWison it seemed that I was being well taken care of, however after trading in my mustang for about 2 K less than what it was worth at the action I did receive a 2010 Ford F150 Supercrew for what seemed to be a good price. I then was sold a maintenance package over 2 K and a VS2000 appearance package. (800) . I was told that he two small rust spots would be taken care of through the package by Alex, the sales rep. and so I made the purchase. Two months later the VS2000 company rejected my claim for the rust spots to be repaired.On my way home the cabin of the truck filled up with exhaust fumes and 2 of my children got sick. Turns out the headers on the truck were leaking. So I took the truck to get the headers replaced ($1000) and the it would actually pass the emissions test which suddenly became required for the dealership to get the documentation completed so I could get my Indiana plates. That was fine except that the paperwork did not get processed and I finally received the plates 2 weeks after the original plate had expired with no help from the dealership. After about a month I started looking the truck over and found that the vacuum lines for the 4 wheel drive to engage had been disconnected from the back of the wheel well. This caused the front axle to remain engaged even though the electric 4 wheel drive switch on the transfer case was still in 2 wheel drive thereby causing drag on the front of the truck. So I thought well thats a simple fix I connected the vacuum lines and surprise there was an awful grinding sound when they were connected. I disconnected them and the grinding sound stopped immediately. In short this truck ended up costing me nearly 4 K in repairs after purchase and I have finally traded it at a dealer I can trust and should have went to in the first place.
