I do not feel like I'm valued as a customer. I went in for major car service. I paid over $2,300.00 and while my car was in the dealership for service it was scratched and damaged cosmetically. The service manager gave me a hard time and did not want to pay for the damage done at the dealership while my car was being serviced. David Powers had to advocate for me so that I did not have to pay for the damage done to my car. I felt under valued as a loyal Mazda customer and will not return to this dealership for service. Many were largely unresponsive, "Come in to test drive." CJ Wilson worked with me to iron out a deal. When I went in, everything was professional without any hard sell for the various options. Sale of old car at Carmax was better than tradein, so salesman picked me up when I dropped off my old car. Best of all, got a far better price than any of the other numbers I was given. More

Got there around 11:30; they got me right in, plus changed my oil ( had a oil service scheduled for the following Saturday but they said since I was already there they could do that too, saved me a return trip)...excellent service.. But I was unable to take my car there, so my sister took it. well, less that two weeks ago, I got a flat tire and had all of my tires balanced and rotated. then, I find out that this Mazda charged me thirty dollars because they said that I needed my tires rotated. no, I didn't need them rotated, they just got rotated.
