CJ Wilson to the rescue! I'm as happy with CJ Wilson dealership as I am with my Mazda CX5 Touring. Had two (!) flat tires, was towed to CJ Wilson...happened to be sick as wel I'm as happy with CJ Wilson dealership as I am with my Mazda CX5 Touring. Had two (!) flat tires, was towed to CJ Wilson...happened to be sick as well. My salesman, Bart, saw me and asked what was going on, made sure they'd get to my car right away. Dave in service handled everything - got me a ride home since I was under the weather, took care of all the paperwork, had someone pick me up (I live 3 miles away), when I arrived my car was good to go + washed! Fortunately I had the tire insurance so the $600 with tow = $0. At the end of the day what could have been a very taxing experience turned out great...with a clean car to boot! More

Great Serviice I needed my front head light fixed and an oil change. I called and they said come right over. I asked If they could drop me back at my work and pick I needed my front head light fixed and an oil change. I called and they said come right over. I drove straight over and the service reprep. wrote up my work, and a driver was waiting for me to take me back to work. At 4:30 I called and they said my car was ready and they would have someone there at 5. Sure enough, a car was waiting for me when I got out and drove me to the Mazda dealer to pick up my care. Every one was friendly and the service was great. I highly recommend CJ Wilson Mazda of Countryside. More

Love the car, very good dealership I wasn't even considering Mazda's when I started my car search. I was looking for a used Murano or similar, but when I saw and test drove a 2014 CX-5 I wasn't even considering Mazda's when I started my car search. I was looking for a used Murano or similar, but when I saw and test drove a 2014 CX-5 GT at CJ Wilson, I decided That was the car for me. Then when "Mo", the Sales Mgr., helped me understand my purchase and lease options on a new CX-5 (based on my good credit rating), I decided to buy a new one. Love it! Love the CX-5's look, the sporty drive and the good gas mileage. My salesman was young and new (still a bit green), but very sweet and helpful, with no pressure. In fact he was so "no-pressure", I had to suggest we talk to the sales manager about running some numbers. The finance manager -who does stand-up and motivational speaking on the side (need to get his name) - did such a great job of explaining my auto loan, and what my warranty does and doesn't cover, he even convinced me to buy an extended warranty - even though I NEVER buy them, because I think their a rip-off. He also added a complimentary set of rubber floor mats after I realized I didn't ask for them before closing the deal. Also, loved the fresh-baked choc-chip cookies they shipped to me - an unexpected surprise and delight. The only thing I'd do differently is provide "new car" customers with a printed hand-out that includes the: MFRs warranty, the CJ Wilson 1st year warranty, and the extended warranty coverage/services they purchased--at the time of purchase. I have to wait for something in the mail. Also got my initial (mini-detail) wax coat treatment this past Sat, and David Powers was excellent. More
