Another great experience I bought my 2010 Mazda 3 brand new from CJ Wilson Mazda in Countryside. 5 years, a new teenage driver and many miles later, it is still running well. I attribute that to the service department especially Dan Gleason, my Mazda mechanic. I went in for a routine oil change and as always, Dan thoroughly looked over the car. I of course get the review sheet from the service writer but if he can spare a few extra minutes, Dan always comes to talk to me personally and let me know how the car is doing and what he is keeping an eye on whether that be the brakes or the tires, etc. I will continue to bring my car to the dealership for any service work that is needed because of the excellent care by the service department and Dan. More

I talked to a few dealerships, and Countryside gave me the best deal for the car without a ton of haggling and craziness. I love my new car! More

David Powers helped me figure out why my car did not start. One evening my car did not start right away. It did start after waiting 10 minutes. David Powers explained that I might have tried starting it with my foot on the gas rather than the brake. He had one of the servicemen check the battery. Everything was fine, They found that an upgrade had come in and took care of that. I hadn't driven a new car in 11 years and it was a bare bone Tribute. My CX 5 is a world apart from that SUV. By reviewing some of the differences with me, David made me much more comfortable with the car. While I was waiting, Marta Duraj my sales person came to the waiting area and offered to give me help if I needed it. It is really Great to work with such caring people. More
Quick like usual - but messed up I bought my Mazda CX-5 2 years ago and always service it at this location. This past trip I was disappointed because when I left I was driving on the I bought my Mazda CX-5 2 years ago and always service it at this location. This past trip I was disappointed because when I left I was driving on the highway and noticed my hood was bouncing. They didn't fully latch my hood! That could have potentially resulted in an accident had it flown up. I called to tell them and was put on hold for 14 minutes before I finally hung up. More
