Caring about the Customer at its finest Coming in for my first car, my only previous experience with car dealerships are the shady used car salesman portrayed on TV, so I was not sure what t Coming in for my first car, my only previous experience with car dealerships are the shady used car salesman portrayed on TV, so I was not sure what to expect. However, I was immediately greeted by Mike, who treated me kindly and with respect. There was no hesitation in letting us test drive and they even encouraged it so that we could get a feel for the car. I was with my family and Mike even allowed us to test drive on our own so that we could all experience the drive. The trust and respect this dealership has for its customers is unlike anything I have experienced in a business. Suffice to say, I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX 3 from here. I love the car and they made sure I was happy with my purchase. If you are thinking of getting a car, this place should be on your list of dealers to check out. More

Worst customer service I have ever received. Purchased a 2012 VW Jetta GLI from C.J. Wilson Mazda on 01/01/16. The customer service at the dealership was decent. Nothing great. The service depart Purchased a 2012 VW Jetta GLI from C.J. Wilson Mazda on 01/01/16. The customer service at the dealership was decent. Nothing great. The service department was closed being the New Years holiday so I could not get the checklist of service/maintenance done on the vehicle upon trade in. I asked for my sales rep Dominik Winiarski to email me the checklist the next day when the service dept opened. Not an issue. Until I had to call repeatedly to ask for the checklist which, two weeks later, I have yet to receive. Now let's move on to the title. I purchased the vehicle out of state. Was given a 30 day drive away temporary registration. I was told that as soon as my lien holder sent the check for my vehicle to title would be released. Ten days after the release of funds and no tittle. I call, reach a voicemail for the titling dept twice before asking for a manager. The manager, Matt Kuytna gave me some prerecorded garbage about how the title would take up to and possibly longer than 6 weeks to arrive. This after the finance person told me I would receive the title within 3 weeks to stay LEGAL on my temporary tags. Then Matt proceeds to laugh at me over the phone while I protest the way I was treated then hangs up on me. If you want to be treated like a paycheck and given no respect while spending multiple thousands of dollars I recommend you go to C.J. Wilson Mazda. Ask for Matt and Dominik the power duo. More
