I stopped in without an appointment and she was able to fit me in her busy schedule. We test drove the CX-5 and she explained the features in an easy to understand way. She worked with Mr. Kuytna in providing a price that I was comfortable with. I could not have had a better salesperson. She even gave me her dinner - home made soup [WONDERFUL] and helped me unload my Tribute into a new CX-5 in the pour down rain. Mr. Anderson helped with all the paper work and was easy to work with. I wasn't sure what to expect especially because my credit wasn't so good however everyone was so wonderful and worked so hard to get me the lowest payment possibl. the finance department was wonderful, even after I already agreed on the payments they were still able to find another bank to lower my interest rate and give me yet an even lower payment than what we had already agreed upon. I can't say enough about how wonderful this facility is. There was no pressure, it was very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and I would totally recommend it to everyone. More
