The salesperson is trustworthy and spends the time necessary to answer all my questions and help me think through the different vehicles to deter 1. If the job takes several hours they provide a vehicle so I can go and get other things done during that time. The waiting room is pleasant with computer to use, snacks and good coffee. I am a first time new car buyer and had a really great experience at Countryside's Autobarn. After researching and finding the specific version of the new 2012 Mazda3 that I wanted was at Countryside and experience at Countryside's Autobarn. After researching and finding the specific version of the new 2012 Mazda3 that I wanted was at Countryside and not at any other location since it is so new. Ivan said they did indeed have the model on the lot and that I could come in to test it. When I left my house, I wasn't actually planning on buying that day, since it wasn't even in the color I wanted and even if it was, I wasn't sure I was ready. But when I saw it in person, I really liked it. However, there were two add ons to the car that I did not initially want, so they gave me a discount by covering the cost of one of them as an incentive for to buy. I wound up buying the car because I loved the one I test drove, wound up liking the color, got great service AND they were able to take down the cost somewhat for features I did not ask for. I was never pressured to buy, nor did they try to sell me items that I did not want. Roberto was extremely friendly and helpful during the entire process. He was never rude, unlike some salesmen I encountered at other dealerships. On top of that, he gave me the all-weather mats for free as a Black Friday gift. Finance went smoothly, and at the end, Ivan went through all the manuals with me and assisted me with transfering items from my trade-in to my new car. He made sure that I didn't forget my I-Pass, which I almost did! Great customer service. I am so excited about my new Mazda! More

Since I always take my car in to the dealer for service, I ended up wandering around the floor on one of those occasions. I "made the mistake" of mentioning to a sales guy (that would be Josh) how much I ha I ended up wandering around the floor on one of those occasions. I "made the mistake" of mentioning to a sales guy (that would be Josh) how much I have always loved the Mazda Tribute, but I wasn't looking to come out of my not-quite 3-year old Mazda 6. Long story short, I ended up driving off the lot that day sans Mazda 6, and with a 2011 Tribute. Josh has good-naturedly allowed me to consistently call him a troublemaker, because I believe that he is. (smile) I had no intention of getting a new car the day I went in for an oil change, LOL! But Josh and the entire team at Autobarn Mazda Countryside made the process simple, fairly painless, and at times, fun. Once I drive my Tribute into the ground, I will be back for the next one! I have bought 15 new cars in my lifetime. The easiest was the MX-5 Miata I bought at Autobarn Countryside. Kendall was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I emailed on a Thursday to confirm that the cars advertised were indeed through the wringer on my purchase. Not so at Autobarn of Countryside Mazda! I emailed on a Thursday to confirm that the cars advertised were indeed in stock and available for the advertised internet price. I received two emails and a phone call the same day. I went in on Saturday afternoon and drove off with the Mazda 3 I wanted for the price advertised, 0% financing, no haggling, no fuss!I even got a copy of my credit score for free! I never felt pressured or rushed to purchase the car and everyone there was very nice. My salesman was Bartt Bryniarski and the Finance Manager was Mohamed Yazdani. Both were wonderful to deal with as first-time car buyer. Countryside was a little out of the way for me but I will go back as long as they maintain the honesty and integrity that was displayed during my car purchase. Keep up the good work, and zoom-zoom!
