Eric -I left you a message back in October and never heard back from you. i am unsure as to what there is to discuss. when i received your email i assumed that it was automated because after my review with Mazda and my follow up to your call i clearly was not impressed. Annie, I would like to at least try to make it right for you. I would like to be able to talk with you to find out what happened when you purchased your car. ( I am sorry but do not recall what happened and do not recall a voicemail ) but would definately like to at least attempt to correct any wrongs that may have happened

Eric - Honestly at this point what can you do? I have had my car since October and no one has yet to reach out to me with any concerns? As i have read in lots of your other comments buying a car should be fun and easy. Mine was neither. After i said i would purchase the car it was all games off go wait in the lobby for 3 hrs. I am buying a big purchase and i feel like i should have received better service. Then when i am asked to provide feedback i am going to honestly portray my experience. this is my honest feedback of my experience and i apologize if this is hard to hear. Not really sure what can change the way i feel about my experience at your dealership? I feel like you are spending quite a bit of effort on trying to change my opinion after the fact and i think that if you had spent 1/2 this effort while i was purchasing my vehicle it would have made all the difference.
