New location, great choice! I used to take my car to Mazda in Lake Villa where I purchased it over 5 years ago. I had a great relationship over there with Arnold in Service and I used to take my car to Mazda in Lake Villa where I purchased it over 5 years ago. I had a great relationship over there with Arnold in Service and he was the best. I was informed that location was no longer open for service and was referred to Countryside. I've had to come to this shop twice within the past couple of weeks for different issues with my car. My new service guy is David and he is just wonderful. I'm happy to be able to take my car to a location closer to where I live and still get quality service that I was used to. Thanks David!! More

Last minute appointment I understand Saturday's are very busy but I figured I would call and see if I could get into an oil change. Dave told me to come in and he got me don I understand Saturday's are very busy but I figured I would call and see if I could get into an oil change. After getting lied to about the oil change price at Pep Boys, I decided to go back to CJ's. To my surprise there oil change prices are now very competitive. In fact the least expensive for my mazda 5 than anywhere else. And of course the people at CJ's are are the best. They are now my go to place now for oil changes. More

Didn't do what I asked for I brought the car in because it was making noise. I was told they were short handed and they couldn't figure out what was making the noise. They did however change the oil, and charged a ridiculous $80. If I want the noise diagnosed I would have to come back and pay a $65 diagnostic fee even though the car is still covered under their original warranty. No thanks. More
