I am recently widowed and deaf and was worried something might be wrong with the the tire/tires. I went to dealer and was immediately waved over by David Powers and I explained my situation and he cheerfully told me, "No problem, we will check it for you." As it turned out the was just a problem with air pressure but it was such a relief to me knowing I could make the drive and not worry about the tires and David was just so helpful and nice. I will definitely look for him when I take my car back for oil changes etc. Thank you David! More

Repairs costs seemed too high I was surprised when mechanic recommended over $600 of routine maintenance when car had been serviced 6 months ago. Countryside Service Great service, walked in on a Sat. for an oil change and other stuff and was helped right away, didnt have to make an appointment or wait hours. I use to travel to Oak Lawn Mazda for service but had to make appointments days in advance and a few times got turned away for no appt. or had to reschedule an appt. becuase a tech got sick. Will def be returning to CJ Wilson Mazda Countryside for service. More

Recommended maintenance I knew I needed an oil change, but I received an email that I also needed service. I made my appointment that week for Saturday and was able to in. My confirmation email showed oil change and tire rotation. It turns out I could wait until my next oil change. The service technician was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining why I received the email and why I could wait. I appreciate the honesty. More
