Took my plate frames w/o consent Everything was fine except they took off my metal license plate frames and replaced with their cheap plastic ones so that I can advertise their dealer Everything was fine except they took off my metal license plate frames and replaced with their cheap plastic ones so that I can advertise their dealer. Pretty cheesy in my opinion. Never asked for approval. Now I have to buy new ones. I didn't realize they did it u til three days after my service so I'm sure they threw mine away. They should pay for the plate frames I plan on buying. ** Update** I was contacted immediately by the customer relations manager Brian, he apologized and handled the problem by giving me a set of metal Mazda plate frames. I am happy with the outcome. More

First oil change Overall good service, I was a little shocked when service said about an hour even with a appointmen, actually took only 1/2 hour. I asked if you can turn off running lights instead of having them on all the time. Service replied "yeah our technicians haven't figured that out, it's like it's a secret or something, we would have to cut the wires and we don't want to do that". It's in the service manual to see service about this. Wasn't happy about paying 29.95 for tire rotation. More

Friendly, Professional and Thorough Service I have brought my car to other authorized Mazda service center around the Chicago area and CJ Wilson Mazda is by far the best of the lot. Called in fo I have brought my car to other authorized Mazda service center around the Chicago area and CJ Wilson Mazda is by far the best of the lot. Called in for an appointment and dropped my car off the next morning for service. They were very friendly and professional the whole time. They called me a few hours later for an estimate to replace the rotors and flushing the system. The car was ready to be picked up before 5PM. More
