poor post service I just bought a brand new call 2016 mazda 2016. In less that two weeks the thermostat went out. I was stuck on the highway. i called the mazda roadsi I just bought a brand new call 2016 mazda 2016. In less that two weeks the thermostat went out. I was stuck on the highway. i called the mazda roadside assistance. they told me in an hour a truck would be there for me. 45 min later i get a call from the tow company saying there not coming i had to call mazda road service back. So i had to wait another hour for a truck to get me. By the time i got to mazda with the car. it was a little after 9. No one except the guys that detail the cars was willing to assist me. The sales floor people acted like i was there. i did like the process of getting a courtesy car but i ask when my car was flnish that to have it wash. When i pick it up this was not done. I'm thinking seriously about returning the car if this is the treatment i can plan on receiving. More

Great service David in service is always great, he recognizes you and calls you by name when you come in unannounced. He registers your car fast, gets you in and out fast, and always keeps you updated. He is sensitive to your time needs, and bends over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. The waiting area is great when I need to get work done on my computer with free wi-fii, need a snack, or need to keep my toddler entertained, or just lounge and watch TV. Starbucks across the street also a perk. They handled my part recall in a painless manner with lots of appointment options. More
