Friendly and Accommodating I blew a tire and bent the rim along with it. Mazda let me bring my car in as soon as I called the next day. Luckily I had the full wheel service pack I blew a tire and bent the rim along with it. Mazda let me bring my car in as soon as I called the next day. Luckily I had the full wheel service package, because they were able to cover everything at no additional cost to me. A 3rd party came in to repair the bent rim and they were not going to be able to work on it for at least a day. Mazda gave me a free 2016 Mazda 6 rental that included all toll charges while I waited on the repair for the day. This allowed me go about my usual business. Overall the service department workers were friendly, as usual, and very accommodating. More

I do not feel like I'm valued as a customer. I went in for major car service. I paid over $2,300.00 and while my car was in the dealership for service it was scratched and damaged cosmetically. The service manager gave me a hard time and did not want to pay for the damage done at the dealership while my car was being serviced. David Powers had to advocate for me so that I did not have to pay for the damage done to my car. I felt under valued as a loyal Mazda customer and will not return to this dealership for service. First class service Friday night I got a nail stuck in my tire...called CJ Wilson countryside first thing in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in. Got there ar Friday night I got a nail stuck in my tire...called CJ Wilson countryside first thing in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in. Got there around 11:30; they got me right in, plus changed my oil ( had a oil service scheduled for the following Saturday but they said since I was already there they could do that too, saved me a return trip)...excellent service.. Can't thank them enough, they washed my car to boot. More
