excellant timely service I brought my new Madza CX-5 in to add a privacy screen, floor trays and coating at 11:00 AM. Dave Powers had it ready for me at 4:00 PM. It came back to me even better than new in record time. He could not had been nicer. You have a GREAT TEAM. I turned the title for my old Tribute, an extra key and the instruction booklet to Justin Anderson. That seemed to make everyone happy. While I was there my salesperson Marta Duraj gave me some items that I forgot in the car along with a lot of good wishes. More

Incredible Sales Person The service was good, but sales person, Tim McGrath was incredible. We had paid for Perma Plate when we bought the car, a warrantee of sorts on the l The service was good, but sales person, Tim McGrath was incredible. We had paid for Perma Plate when we bought the car, a warrantee of sorts on the leather interior. The service department wasn't able to figure out how to help us file a claim, so I wandered into the sales department to try to find the gentleman who sold us the car. He had been promoted and wasn't there. Tim McGrath saw me and asked if he could help. He spent the next 20 minutes connecting me with the right people, making calls for me and just generally going above and beyond what is required to do his job. He wanted to make sure I left wanting to come back to C.J. Mazda and he succeeded. Really made my day. My husband and I would come back and ask for Tim. Thanks Tim! More
Having an Appointment Didn't Result in Faster Service I made an appointment for an oil change. Although I had the appointment and arrived on time, I noticed that people in line before me (who may or may I made an appointment for an oil change. Although I had the appointment and arrived on time, I noticed that people in line before me (who may or may not have had an appointment) were serviced on a first-come, first-served basis, as all those before me received their vehicles before me. My 'appointed' oil change took 1 hour and 10 minutes! A scheduled oil change should NOT take that long. I can only assume that CJ Wilson's (and other dealer's for sure) newest policy that customers need no appointment --- walk-ins are encouraged --- has led to the inattentiveness to customers who schedule their appointments. Surely, staff must be advised to service scheduled customers before walk-in customers? It didn't appear to be the case on this visit. More
