My salesman, Mr. Kaminski wasn't present so I shot him a quick email to say hello and that I was at the dealership having the car checked. He replied back not long afterward in appreciation of my email and asking how things were going with the car. Besides the impeccable levels of service at the point of sale (back in June) and ongoing through this maintenance visit, it's the little attention to detail things like Danny's reply back to my email that make dealing with this dealership all the more worthwhile. Sure, anyone can sell you a car but what engenders customer loyalty is more than the vehicle or its price... it's also how you are treated and at this CJ Wilson of Countryside it's all class! More

Customer Services goes above and beyond! The moment you pull into the service area, you are greeted in a friendly and professional way. The individuals working behind the counter are super f The moment you pull into the service area, you are greeted in a friendly and professional way. The individuals working behind the counter are super friendly and know what they are talking about. I came in for my 4 month checkup and I was out of there in about 5 minutes. They even have a courtesy car that gave me a ride to the train station and later picked me up too. My car was ready before I even made it into work. I love that they wash my car and have it all ready and looking good when I pick it up. Even though this is my first maintenance check on my new vehicle, I've been in there several times to have extra accessories installed. I've always found their service department to always be consistently friendly and professional at the same time, along with being super fast. They never hesitate to answer my questions and I always have a lot of those. More
