Per the second service rep (can't remember names at the moment ...don't have my paper work with me) but one line item was auto populated for the wrong price and he had to reprice it manually. Car was supposed to have been washed but when I was at the gas station...miles away after I had left. I noticed grease/dirt marks on the panels near the tires. Just a comment, it didn't look like it was washed. More

David always lets me know if any fluids need changing, or anything else I wouldn't know of. They always do a full inspection and this is a comfort...and then they wash the car, too. I really Like the people who work there, and they have a wonderful waiting area...well stocked for waiting. I would never go anywhere else. More

My appointment took over 2 hours for an upgrade and an XM radio update. I was told it would take maybe half an hour for the radio update; but I really did not plan to be there 2 hours. And to make things worse -- I had scheduled this service call. The waiting room was jammed so clearly they did not schedule well. Worst part -- now I have to go back. My tire light just went on. Thee guys that work at the desk are super nice, but I sure would have appreciated them letting me know upfront it was going to be 2 hours. More

I also go to CJ Wilson for regular maintenance on my car such as oil changes. They have consistently met my expectations and have always been courteous, friendly and willing to help me. My car is now running better than when I bought it. I would also encourage anyone who buys a used 2007 Mazda CX7 or any used car to purchase a service warranty. The people at CJ Wilson Mazda do a great job. More

Friendly and prompt service I had a headline go out of my 2010 Mazda 6 and called on a Saturday Morning to see if I could get the light replaced. (One needs to take the wheel and the plastic thingy around the tire off to get at the light bulb area) They said they would see what they could do because all the appointments were booked for the day. Since I was not in a hurry, I dropped the car off and within 2 hours my car had a new headlight and was washed. Great Place to get your Mazda Serviced! More

We've been to many dealerships and have bought many cars in our lifetimes but our experience with CJ Wilson Mazda in Countryside was like no other. They'd do anything they could to keep us happy and they delivered. We were able to leave the dealership with a new car and a completely painless experience. This was the most helpful, haggle-free dealership that we've ever worked with and their patience instead of pushy attitude is exactly what we were looking for. When we brought the car back a week later for the "We Owe" items they were still very helpful and wonderful. They did not change at all since now we had already purchased the car like other dealerships had before in our past experience. More
