Outstanding Customer Service I came into the dealership to repair what I thought was a minor problem with a tire. As it turned out I needed to replace all 4 tires due to dry rot. Mr. Powers took pix of my tires on his cell phone. He was thorough and informative in his descrption of the problem. He showed me the buy 3 get 1 for a dollar promotion. As can be guessed I wasn't very happy with the added expense but, as usual, both he and Mr. Piliszek were understanding. I never feel disrespected or patronized because I'm an older woman who asks questions. Both of these men are top notch, men of integrity and professionalism. This is why I continue to return and have bought 3 Mazdas at this dealership. Your team is simply the best. More

not our first trip to this service center. we had an issue with our cx9 that the service guys couldn't figure out. we had many parts replaced and repaired with no results. just kept trying thi we had an issue with our cx9 that the service guys couldn't figure out. we had many parts replaced and repaired with no results. just kept trying things and charging us for them. lots of money later (over $1,000.00) , they wanted to make a very large repair ($3,000.00) we took it to a local mechanic who. for $250 figured out the problem and made the repairs... during this time we were at heavy odd's with them for charging us for work that didn't repair the car, nor did it make the car better (like struts, tires.. wear and tear items that eventually need replacing) The service manager couldn't have made things much worse, raising his voice at my wife) We didn't want to pay hundreds for things that didn't help (new sensors, when the old sensors were fine) More
