Brought our 2021 Wrangler in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Staff was friendly. Was very displeased with the 2 hour wait for my vehicle. Longest oil change and tire rotation of my life. The vehicle didn't even recieve the wash because of broken equipment. To top off the experience my oil change reminder wasn't even reset. All this after waiting 2 weeks to get into the appointment. Very poor service department. I will never use the service department again. I highly recommend avoiding. More

Purchased a Dodge 2017 Challenger from this location. Have had several service visits at the location. Received a email for a $14.99 oil change. Went in and also asked for air filters since car had 30K Have had several service visits at the location. Received a email for a $14.99 oil change. Went in and also asked for air filters since car had 30K miles on it. Received bill and oil change was $55. Told them I had email and they said it had to be presented at time of service. When appointment was made I told them that. Called and they wouldn't do anything about crediting bill. Overall I paid $180 for oil change and filters. Will go to local Dobbs dealer in the future and NEVER buy a car from this dealer again. More

I went in today to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that i needed new brakes both front and back. I was told when i bought the car that they have to keep the car for a week to do some work on was told that i needed new brakes both front and back. I was told when i bought the car that they have to keep the car for a week to do some work on it. I was told by Nate the salesman that the brakes were replaced. Now i am told that they never were and after 4 hours of going round and round with different people including the finance manager who was so rude that they wont honor what was told to me and replace the brakes. I was told 3 different times by Nate that he remembered being told that the brakes were replaced and that was why they kept my car a week. And by the end of the visit he no longer remembers that conversation or that he said that to me. I asked to have Mike the dealership manager get involved on numerous times but he never was. I was told it will cost me almost $1000.00 to have the brakes replaced out of my pocket. I was lied to several times and in the end was told that they wont make good on the statements that they said they would. When the managers looked at my past records...go figure that there was nothing on file. Very deceptive dishonest dealership. More
