Had a great salesman Dakota Richards. He seemed to have an answer for all our questions or would find an answer. Very patient, never made us feel pressured. they rock drove and 1 hr and 45 minutes through traffic to but a car from them. price quoted over the phone is what I paid. seriously nice people. 5 different drove and 1 hr and 45 minutes through traffic to but a car from them. price quoted over the phone is what I paid. seriously nice people. 5 different dealerships, bait and switch at two of them, trying to upsell me into a demon and a hellcat when I told them I needed a scatpack. needed one of three colors, others would bring me colors I did not want and have paperwork already for me to sign. who does this? but, amber in VIP put me on the phone with craig sabarese. told him what I was looking to pay, he told me he would call me back in 20 minutes. he called and said its done, I told him I am on my way. through some horrendous traffic. got there, he had coffee ready for me, we sat down, within 20 minutes had the paperwork in front of me, met big mike in finance, another rock star, and within an hour, had my car. I know people say its like dealing with family, but it is like dealing with family. and the family you like, not the other side with your crazy uncle spiro. but seriously, this is only the second time in my life that I have actually enjoyed going to a dealership and buying a new car. you wont regret going to napleton. More

To all car buyers beware of this dealership. Had a buyer contract & deposit with Tyler & told to pick up car today at 12 after he had it detailed . Was called this am they sold the Jeep 2018 sport . Eventually got to a service rep who told us our appointment for a recall, which we took off work for, was more of a consultation really. They were backed up from the weekend and wouldn’t get to the truck until tomorrow maybe. What?? Needless to say, we left. Now it’s off to the cardiologist to get our blood pressure in check! More

Could not find spare key fob,did not transfer plates from trade in to new purchase, Dodge not detaile other than quick wash. On my way home to Cape Coral 33914, I found cruise control not working, took to dodge for warranty repair,they informed me not covered under warranty sensor had impact damage. I had it repaired and bought a new key fob and the bill was 1,300.00.I have contacted Every one At the dealer have got the run around for over 30 days. I should have not have had to pay this entire bill, I have requested help,with avale one or two call backs with no follow up results, I drove all the way over there because of your dealership size and reputation, I am so sorry i did that.
