Please note I live almost 1 hour away from this dealership. The never gave me a final quote (out of the door), and kept on insisting the number were with the financial manager. - I made an appointment for Sunday (9/16) at 2PM. The Sales Representative never showed up. They scrambled to find me another person. - 4 different people followed up with me on Monday (9/17). None of them were aware of each other or could quote me the final price of the vehicle out of the door. - Finally I arranged a call at 5:10PM (9/17) with a manager (Natalie?), which was border line rude on the phone. When I asked how did she calculated the proposed price she simply left me speaking by myself on the phone and transferred me to a her assistant which could not discuss pricing. Dont do business with this place! More

They wanted an additional $2500 certification fee plus additional $900.00 dealer fee. Beware don’t trust them! The publish price on internet to get you in then the add ridiculous fees. More
Don’t drink the koolaid Salespeople talk in terms customers want to hear. But that’s all it is—talk. My story (sounds like others) I was inundated with phone call about the end of the month sales quota they were about to reach, needing only 42 vehicles and I could expect them to be ready to make a deal. Ask for anything in writing and they disappear, from the salesman Justin, to the sales manager, Austin, to the general manager. Promises sounded too good to be true and they were! I was ready to put a deposit but no one called me back. Low 40k on and MDX with tech package from Austin never got put in writing. Prices quoted by JJ or Justin never came via email. He promised the end of the day. Almost two weeks later and nothing. Glad I was cynical enough to believe these gentlemen swindlers. Hope someone holds them accountable soon. They seem to have a huge inventory so maybe people don’t mind paying full invoice prices. More
Automated CRM tactics just waste yoir time. It really is a shame. There was and still is a car supposedly on the lot that I would have loved to Chat about. In fact I reached out via auto trader It really is a shame. There was and still is a car supposedly on the lot that I would have loved to Chat about. In fact I reached out via auto trader with two specific questions from the Carfax. I received a response from Ben Shamsizadeh with a preform letter asking me to come in. I then reiterated my two key questions and asked that he respond vs just sending an automated response. Day latter I get notice that my response failed, his inbox is full, and the the next day I get another automated pitch email. So the cycle continues. I don’t see how this dealership does business like this. I like the car, was ready to fly to palm beach or ship it but no one wants to actually communicate with a buyer? I kept responding to the automated “Ben” emails in hopes that a human would read eventually and respond to my simple questions as to how the Equus I am seeking has been on their lot for 315 days and during that time was stolen and then recovered. Fluctuating the price keeps the car in search results but you have leads. You just don’t know how to close them. Go watch glen Gary glen Ross and maybe send me a real email with real answers seeking a real buyer conversation. PS: Ben’s inbox is full. Maybe a few leads in their for ya. Reach out when you all are willing to consider $14,000 You clearly know my email address. More

LIARS AND CHEATS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience I ever had trying to buy a vehicle. The sales man wanted us to commit in writing that we would purchase the vehicle w ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience I ever had trying to buy a vehicle. The sales man wanted us to commit in writing that we would purchase the vehicle without telling us what the actual cost would be. They refused to provide us with a written contract detailing the fees. They lied about the cost to certify the car. They were arrogant and deceptive. Eventually my wife and I got up and walked out. We sent an email to the general manager and sales manager detailing the experience. They never responded. Apparently the managers believe this type of sales tactic and behavior is acceptable. The following day my wife and I went to a different Acura dealership and purchased a car. MY ADVICE: NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Spent 4 hours trying to get a price on the vehicle and never was able to receive a confirmed price. The sales person and manager were trying to sell a CPO certificate for $1995.00 after the car was advertised on their website as already being CPO. Then they wanted to add a 900.00 dealership fee and offered me 3000.00 below market value for my trade. More
