Fixed the issue but timetable was long Brought our vehicle in for warranty service work to be performed (warped rotors or bad brake pads). Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday night and state Brought our vehicle in for warranty service work to be performed (warped rotors or bad brake pads). Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday night and stated that they could have the car until Monday but we needed it back no later than 11am. The first time we heard anything was Friday early afternoon and only because we called the dealership. We were told that they needed corporates blessing for replacement parts and should hear back later that same day but they never called back. Heard from dealership early Monday and they stated that they hope to get parts in and have it fixed late that day. After multiple conversations we were able to get car by 12:30. However, the reason for only 3 stars is because we believe strongly that the dealership could have easily finished the car prior to monday had they tried. More
