The GM was very kind and took the car back to fix the problems only to return it with more problems that did not exist. After 3.5 weeks of being stuck in service bay, we got the car back with a new rattle under the car. Nobody will return our call without a threat but at this point, we will NEVER bring that car to them again. Isn't a tail light out part of a Safety Check? Next time we'll stick with CARMAX. More

Horrible experience I came to dealership twice and they completely wasted my time. This dealership still does the old school back and forth with rep going to the manager I came to dealership twice and they completely wasted my time. Delray Acura gave me $2k more for trade in and $1500 lower price on the identical vehicle. Also the rep doesn't underststand the leasing process. They were trying to charge me for delivery fee twice (once as part of MSRP and again as down payment) More

In the end-dsappoint Last month, I wrote a review about this dealership and the salesman, Irwin Baker. He made buying a car very easy and I am grateful for that. However, throughout the process he told me that he would always be available even after the sale should I have any problems. Within a few days of owning the car, it began to make tapping and rattling sounds. I called Irwin and he arranged for me to come back and have it serviced. Again, he told me if I wasn't happy to let him know and he would help me. I took the car back for service twice and the rattles and taps have not gone away, I emailed Irwin and asked for his help. He emailed me back that he would speak with the service department and assured me he "would not drop the ball on this." That's was almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from him. Buyer beware:a salesman will tell you anything you want to hear until the sale is made. After that-you're pretty much on your own. At was al ost3 weeks ago and haven't back from him. More
