Overall Great Experience! I had been to several dealerships over the coarse of two days and was unable to find anything or anyone that suited my needs. I was looking for a mini I had been to several dealerships over the coarse of two days and was unable to find anything or anyone that suited my needs. I was looking for a minivan for my growing family and was only offered new vans that were out of my price range, cars or small trucks. It seemed no-one would show me any possible used options, I left all of the dealerships disappointed and without a van. My very last stop was at Napoleton River Oaks Honda. My only intention was to get a price on a Odyssey I saw while driving past. Honestly at that point I was completely frustrated and didn't want to think about sitting in another dealership. However, I was greeted by James Bell who seemed to be sure he could accommodate me. While I was obviously apprehensive, I listened and was pleasantly surprised. The experience was completely different from anything I had witnessed prior. James was welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and most importantly listened when I let him know what I was looking for. I left with a 2015 Kia Sedona that I love and is perfect for my family. I couldn't be more pleased with James or my experience.
