Had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation, still waited over two hours. After I asked about the delay, they found a nail in my tire and patched it “as a courtesy.” Cool. But about an hour after leaving, the tire pressure light came on. I had to call off work and return the next morning. That visit? A circus. My name was called by mistake, and when I followed up, the advisor just pointed to a guy and said, “We meant him.” No apology, no clarity. She seemed much more attentive to male customers and only got friendly when she wanted a good review, she even followed up asking for one. I appreciated the free car wash, but overall? Sloppy, impersonal service. I won’t be back. More
I bought a 2022 Genesis and it's been nothing but problems, the first thing was the car needed a complete brake so I had to take it back. Then they actually sold me the car without a spare tire and would not replace it as the previous owner took it.I had to buy the tire myself. I am so disappointed in the service managers as they never take your calls and then when you leave a message they will not return your calls. I would not recommend you buy a car from this dealership. But I will say this Blanco from the service dept was very good, kept me informed on when my car would be ready and did have it ready in 1 day. I just did not like the fact I had to buy a spare tire. More
