Purchase 1 new tire Called service department to request that tire be available prior to appointment. He returned my call to let me know when the tire would be there so I could schedule when it would be convenient for me to come in. It worked out perfectly and I was in and out in about an hour. Cold blooded Brought the car in to get checked out. Found a bunch of problems. I got the major things repaired. Communication was good, until i called about the final bill and when would the car be ready. I was charged about $200 for nuts, bolts, screws and or washers. Really??? For pieces that should have came with the parts. I’ve never seen anything that has to be installed that doesn’t come with the items needed for the install. That’s $200+ dollars than i was quoted. And that’s with a warranty. Still paying over grand. More
