I'm 69 years old, having experienced numerous Service Centers, some are good some are bad, few are excellent. Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru Service Center is excellent. Recently I broke my side view mirro Centers, some are good some are bad, few are excellent. Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru Service Center is excellent. Recently I broke my side view mirror, took it to Napelton's to have Service Manager Keith Meyer look at it and give me an estimate to repair. It was reasonable and I scheduled the service repair. The parts arrived in 3 days, the repair was scheduled at a convent day and time for me, was completed in one hour and the quality of work was outstanding. Best of all the cost of the repair was $100 less than quoted. Keith Meyer is one of the best Service Managers in the business. He is personable, courteous, honest, knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru Service Center for all your Subaru's Sevice needs. More

the worst customer service From the moment I have purchases my subaru in 2018 until now I have had nothing but poor experiences with the service department. I paid extra to hav From the moment I have purchases my subaru in 2018 until now I have had nothing but poor experiences with the service department. I paid extra to have all of my oil changes and basic services covered for the first 3 years. When I went for my first oil change I was told I did not have this service. Even when I presented proof that I paid for this service nobody would look at my paperwork. A manager, who was also rude, then told me he would 'do me a favor' but stated I did not have the extended service plan. I later called subaru and they confirmed that I did indeed have this plan. The next time I scheduled an oil change there was also a recall on my SUV. I asked to schedule both services together. I took off half a day of work and arrived for the services. Once I was there I was told that the recall service was not ready. There was no regard for the fact that I purposely scheduled after being told I could do both, and then took a day off of work. I then asked if I could be notified when the recall would be ready, and I was reassured I would receive a call. Now >6 months have passed and I have not received a call. So not only did they not live up to what they said they would do, but I am also now going to miss out on oil changes that I already pre-paid for, as the service covered an oil change every 6 months for 3 years. I do not recommend anyone use this service facility, purchase from this location, and even reconsider getting a subaru because of their inability to provide appropriate service, admit mistakes, make up for mistakes, and provide the services that they promise. More
Problem with Car They solved my problem with the battery going dead after a week of not using the car. It turned out that two of the batteries were defective, and They solved my problem with the battery going dead after a week of not using the car. It turned out that two of the batteries were defective, and they replaced it with a third battery. So far I have had not problem with this battery. They were very helpful and considerate. More

Very happy with the service I have been taking my Foresters to Napleton Subaru in Schaumburg, IL for the past 8 years. I have had nothing short of an excellent experience there. I normally work with my service advisors, Keith and Nate. Both are thorough and personable. They keep in informed via text – very convenient and efficient. When I went in to purchase an extended warranty a few years ago, the finance guy was not available so Chris Napleton set it up for me. He’s a great guy too! I highly recommend Napleton Subaru for both a new car purchase and ongoing service. More
I took my ‘07 WRX to get worked on a recall for an air bag! Dropped my car off January 15th! Picked up my vehicle February 14th! Came back and found a dent on my passenger side fender. Service advisor Jasmine was giving me and my Dad attitude the entire time picking up my vehicle asking why our loaner key didn’t have the vehicle tag on it cause it must have fallen off after having the loaner after 1 month! I would leave numerous messages after services advisors not picking up and wouldn’t get a call back 2 days later! I’m NEVER repeat NEVER taking my car to Napleton's Schaumburgh Subaru again! BAD SERVICE! More
Poor service and no communication I had an appointment at I want to say 5pm on a Tuesday (the same week as the 4th of July). I arrived at around 4:50pm and waited in the service bay wh I had an appointment at I want to say 5pm on a Tuesday (the same week as the 4th of July). I arrived at around 4:50pm and waited in the service bay while the only customer service that was there made small talk with another customer, completely ignoring me. I waited for 10 or 15 minutes before another person came and even acknowledged that I was even there. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as servicing the factory recall on my cars stereo. I was told my car would be ready to pick up that night. an hour and a half goes by and I hear nothing so I call and get sent straight to voicemail, I assumed they were busy and left it. About 35 minutes after that my girlfriend calls and gets the same thing, and then she called the sales department and found out that the service people had left for the day and never notified me even though they had emailed me, texted me and called me that same day to remind me of the appointment. The sales department found that my car was ready for me to pick up and said that they could do the billing even though the service department was gone. We get there and the sales guys decide that was the proper time to try and train a new person how to do this billing meaning that it took even more time. They did appologize and gave me a card with the service bay managers info to contact him. As I am driving home I hear my brakes squeeling badly, which wasn't happening before the service appointment and shouldn't be happening as my 2018 impreza only has 14,000 miles on it. We emailed the manager explaining all of our issues including the fact that had I not gotten my car on tuesday I would have missed work wednesday which would have disqualified me for holiday pay on thursday and my work closed down on friday due to low attendence, so I would have missed 3 full days of pay because of their poor communication. We emailed him about the brakes squeeling and asked nicely if he would make an appointment to check if they damaged my rotors or knicked my brake pads. We have not been responded to. More

I had service change oil and check car prior to trip. After driving 6 hours I heard a loud pop. The oil drain plug came loose in Missouri. Napleton service obviously never torqued it down properly. This meant a tow by AAA. No Subaru dealers in area so was taken to GMC dealer. They did a great job checking out car for problems. Got going again following morning.So add price of towing, lost time, and an unplanned motel stay to my trip. Call it an extra $250! High price for oil change! More

Called to make an appointment to get the car looked at since it’s under warranty. 30 minutes on hold I get ahold of someone and make an appointment. Yadyada they see what needs to be done and order the parts. Another dreadful phone call later and I’m there to get it fixed. Guy said it would take an hour. 2 hours later I call and he goes “you beat me to it!” xxx? So I go to pick it up and check their work in the lot and low and behold, the battery strap is there but the positive lead is not fixed, just attached to the battery by a couple of the wires little copper strands. I had to shake my head and figured I’d just fix it myself I’m done with this xx. The service department is trash I’m not even sure they know how to work on cars properly. More
