This was my 11th Subaru purchase, and without question, it was the most memorable buying experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Olivia set the tone. On my first visit, it was absolutely pouring rain, but she never let the weather slow her down. She gladly brought out multiple Outbacks for me to compare, answered every question with patience, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the right decision. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and commitment to customer service were outstanding. Nicole did an incredible job bringing everything together behind the scenes. She worked tirelessly to find solutions, communicated openly, and made me feel like my business truly mattered. She was instrumental in making this deal happen. Nate in Finance was equally impressive. He was professional, efficient, transparent, and respectful of my time. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork painless, and never once made me feel pressured. Buying a vehicle should be exciting, and this team delivered exactly that. We have a 2017 Outback and just upgraded a 2013 Forester to a 2023 Forester. We had another fantastic experience this week at Schaumburg Subaru . My daughter test drove on Tuesday and purchased on Wednesday. Chris Napleton and his team are the best. Nick the sales manager was great, Will our salesman was very knowledgeable and does a great test drive. Josh did our paperwork and made it very easy. We always return to this location for our service. Their service department is great, special shoutout to Keith. This is our family’s 3rd Subaru purchase and we can’t imagine driving anything else or purchasing anywhere else.

This past week we bought a late-model used car at Napleton Subaru in Palatine for our college-age daughter. We like Subarus because they are highly rated in terms of safety. We want to give a shout out to Dan Garcia, the sales rep we worked with, and Perry Kahkesh, who did the financing for us. Both are worthy of five stars (out of five!). We were treated courteously and professionally every minute of our visit. Dan took into consideration every concern we had, especially those of our daughter. We highly recommend Napleton Subaru in Palatine!

We purchased our 2021 Subaru Ascent from Gerald Subaru of Naperville, and Ehab was our salesperson. He was fantastic to work with and made the entire buying experience such a positive one. We’ve always spoken highly of our experience with him and said we would return to Gerald when it was time for our next Subaru. More recently, I had an issue with my Ascent that initially left me pretty frustrated, but Chuck and Leo in the service department completely turned the experience around. Chuck took the time to listen to my concerns, look into the situation, and genuinely see what he could do to help. From that point on, both he and Leo were wonderful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process, treated me with respect, and ultimately helped get everything resolved in a way that exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to have a good experience when everything goes smoothly. How a business responds when there’s actually a problem is what sticks with you, and Chuck and Leo went above and beyond. They turned a frustrating situation into one that made me feel genuinely valued as a Gerald Subaru customer. Between the great experience we had with Ehab when purchasing our Ascent and the way Chuck and Leo handled this situation, I can confidently say Gerald Subaru has earned our continued business.
