Charged for work not done! Let me start off by saying stay AWAY! I took my van to the Napelton Dealership in Kissimmee yesterday at 3pm and because of the issues, was given a lo Let me start off by saying stay AWAY! I took my van to the Napelton Dealership in Kissimmee yesterday at 3pm and because of the issues, was given a loaner van. Keep in mind I live over 40 miles away and it takes an hour five, to an hour forty five depending Orlando traffic to get there. Everything seemed great; the Service Advisor seemed knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to get me in when my vans AC died. He wrote everything up and told me he would call me when the repair work was done. At 10am the next day, I received a call, my van was finished. So I left work early, was in the van an hour and thirty-five minutes before I got to the dealer, arriving at 5:45pm. I came in, paid my$107 deductible, and headed to my van, to only find out that the repair was not done and the AC blower still did not work. So I went back in to only be told, to take the loaner again and it should be done by Tuesday. After spending 1.5 hours in the van, paying $25 one way in gas, I told him that I would prefer my van and would like to schedule a time to bring it back. He told me there was no need, to just bring it back any time as he had no mechanics available to finish the job. When I asked how long the repair would take, I was told several hours. This in itself is infuriating, but it gets better. When I left and tried calling several managers from the service manager who I know was there, to trying to get a hold of the operations manager for the dealer, was told by the 2 ladies working the phone they would try them, to only be disconnected 4 times and then sent to voicemail. After this experience of them not fixing my vans issues, charging me for the repair and billing Dodge for the warranty work, I called Dodge to put a complaint in as the dealer is committing fraud. I do not recommend this dealer as they put on a good show, but charge you for work they do not do! When you try to get an answer, they hang up on you. The repair should have been completed before I was called to drive out their. Stay AWAY! I will be fighting for my deductible back, as I will be going to another dealer to have the issue fixed. More

HAPPY OWNER OF A 2016 CHRYSLER 300 As soon as I walked into the Dealership I felt very welcomed. The Sales people there are so kind and willing to help even if it's not their sale. Not once did I felt pressured or obligated to buy anything. I felt like I was amongst friends and all questions I had I got answered. The next day I came with my husband and I surprised him with a 2016 Chrysler 300 thanks to Emilio and his patience with me the day before. Emilio is down to earth and will make you feel comfortable while you make your purchase. He is also very knowledgeable on all the vehicles on his lot. I want to thank the staff at Chrysler Napleton Kissimmee, you guys are AWESOME!! As soon as I'm ready I will be getting another vehicle from this dealership and for me to say that is big.
