She first reached to me by phone and email saying that she got things sorted out and had my check ready and asked me to come by to chat. Once I got there she was very apologetic, explained the miscommunication which was their internal problem and also told me she had conversations with all departments involved to make sure this is not a problem in the future. She never pressured me to remove the review or that I had to give a good review and offered a gift as an apology which was very nice of her but not what made me update the review. Just the way she spoke to us and handled the situation was enough to make me want to update the review to reflect the situation. FIXED: I sold my car to this dealership back on May 5th and the salesperson told me that the surplus check from my payoff would be ready the next week. When I went to the dealership after 10 days I was informed that the salesperson had lied to me and it normally takes around 2-3 weeks. I went back there after 3 weeks and they said they still don’t have the check for me and are saying that the bank sent a paper title but upon checking with the bank it was the electronic title and I showed them the lien release but they still say they need the title in hand. The salesperson even said the car has already been sold when I stopped by to give the second key of the car a week after the sale. I have sold cars before and this is the first time I have to wait this long for a check. I am feeling very frustrated with the lack of communication and the run arounds they are giving me. To his credit, he presented himself as on top of things and honest while we were structuring the deal. Before I ever got in the car, I was very clear: if I drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back, I’m not doing it for surprises, games, or anything less than full transparency. I was reassured the vehicle was exactly as represented. So I committed. I emptied out my Escalade to prepare for trade, including removing my kids’ car seats. I had to arrange for someone else to pick my kids up from school. I spent over $150 in gas and put roughly 500 unnecessary miles on my vehicle making this trip. When I arrived, the vehicle I came to buy was not even close to “perfect” as I had been told. The front bumper was hanging off and the vehicle had visible gouging. When I pointed it out, the response evolved in real time: first “nothing’s wrong with it,” then “I didn’t see that,” and finally “it’s on the Carfax” and “you can see it in the pictures.” Let’s be clear—if a front bumper is hanging off, that is not something you “miss,” and it’s not something a buyer should have to discover after a 3-hour drive. That’s either a lack of basic diligence or a lack of transparency. Neither is acceptable. What made it worse was the attempt to pivot me into a different vehicle to “earn my business” after the fact. That doesn’t fix the problem—it proves the point. Between time spent working the deal, prepping my trade, rearranging my family’s schedule, and a 6-hour round trip, this entire day was wasted because the vehicle was not accurately represented. That’s the bottom line. Management: what is your policy on accurately representing vehicle condition to out-of-town buyers? And more importantly, what are you going to do to make this right? Until that’s answered, I would strongly caution anyone—especially buyers traveling from a distance—to think twice. More
I purchased a 2019 Mercedes-Benz A220 from this dealership on 04/04/2026 for approximately $22,000. Within one day, the check engine light came on. I returned on 04/08/2026 at 9:00 AM and remain dealership on 04/04/2026 for approximately $22,000. Within one day, the check engine light came on. I returned on 04/08/2026 at 9:00 AM and remained there until 5:10 PM. I was not provided with a proper diagnostic report, clear explanation, or proof of repair. The salesperson Christian told me the vehicle was fixed, but the paperwork only showed basic maintenance and did not address the actual issue. After leaving, the vehicle broke down at a nearby gas station the same day, confirming the issue was never properly repaired. I was also told that if I did not update or remove my negative review, they would not assist me further, despite having a written 60-day repair agreement. Very concerning experience. I am currently seeking a full refund and proper resolution. More
