I went to Napleton to buy a used Dodge Charger. In talking with the sales team, they convinced me to let them "earn their business" on a new vehicle. They were very fair in their negotiations and gave me a very good price for my trade in - my 2006 Pontiac GTO with 175k miles. I got a 2011 red Dodge Charger. They got it from another dealer and there was a problem with the computer. Without hesitation they lent me another brand new black Charger to drive and test out for 2 days and then got me another brand new red Charger which I am very happy with. They were professional and courteous and worked with me to get me what I needed. I would recommend giving them a chance. More

First of all, I called them to see if they had a Mustang Convertible available in their Kissimee location. They said they would call me back in 5 minutes and of course never did. Out of faith the wife and I visited them and the salesman we had did not seem to know his right from left. He did not want to search for the car we were looking for. When we shifted gears and inquired about used Avengers, we asked multiple times what the prices were and finally he stated that he would not divulge a price unless we were ready to buy! What the xxxx were we doing there then, ordering pizza? Needless to say we went off on him and told him we would never buy from this dealership if he represented all of it. Stay away!!!!!! More
