The entire experience with this place was awful and dishonest. I was lead to believe on two occasions I would be able to purchase a vehicle. My mother who is 78 years old had to have her Van towed to them to have it fixed it's a 2015 Dodge caravan. It has 30000 miles on it. They took it in and did some testing and caught the car on fire. It's doing the same exact thing and not running she called and asked them to come pick it up and give her a loaner car they said there is no warranty on the card so they would not give her a loaner car. So now she is stranded once again without a vehicle and shoddy service work and no one will take care of anything I don't know how they have such a high rating this is our 1st and last experience with them More

They keep the car for a few days promising it’ll be ready “tomorrow” they don’t communicate to let you know what’s going on with your vehicle. Also they don’t even provide a rental when you leave your vehicle for multiple days because they can’t get their service information in order. My husband missed work Thursday and Friday because him and I work in opposite directions. We’re very unhappy! Our Jeep has been there for 5 days and counting! You call them and it takes a few tries just to speak with a service person. After this experience we will find another dealership for our services. More
