Kris was fantastic to work with My wife and I went in to look at cars on a very busy Saturday, and Napletons was so busy we had a hard time finding a sales manager. Then Kris Bussy My wife and I went in to look at cars on a very busy Saturday, and Napletons was so busy we had a hard time finding a sales manager. Then Kris Bussy came over to us to see if we had any questions, and from that point on everything was perfect. Kris helped us decide between a Tuscan and Santa Fe Sport, took us on a test drive of both and could even tell which car I liked better. While we waited to get my trade in valued Kris took care of us by getting us coffee and helping us look at all of the Santa Fe's they had. Once my car was valued my wife and I really wanted to go look at the Mazda's CX-5 and CX-9, I told Kris and Rich what we could afford to pay and they told me if we came back they would be able to work with us. So we went to Mazda and had a bad experience with their sales team as well as did not like the Car as much the Santa Fe. When we went back we found Kris and Rich and started the paper work. While we were waiting to get in to see Derek we saw another couple who wanted to do what we did with going to Mazda and we told them our entire story trying to get them to just buy the Santa Fe but then realized they wanted our exact one. Derek was very quick and efficient as well as very helpful. They got us done very quickly so we could finish other things we needed to get done that day. We were very satisfied and loved working with Kris, Rich and Derek. Kris still responds quickly to all of my emails and questions as because of our experience I am trying to sell my mother on a new Hyundai instead of anything else. GREAT Dealership! More

Jackie handled all the details of the car I was interested in and set up a test drive with Boris. Boris and I went for a test drive in the area and then allowed me to take the Prius on an extended interested in and set up a test drive with Boris. (This what the FIRST dealership I visited that DID NOT make me feel pressured into making a purchase, they seemed to genuinely want me happy with my investment.) I was able to return to the dealership with the Prius the following day, but Boris was not there; George picked up where Boris left off. The general manager, Jimmy, saw me waiting for George to get permission to access my file from Boris' files and was as friendly and helpful as could be. He asked me what my mechanic had to say & was able to significantly lower the price of the 2007 Toyota Prius and increase the trade in value of my car. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Richard, the finance manager made the process as simple and easy as possible. He thoroughly explained in detail anything I was unsure about and did his best to accommodate my needs in a wonderfully professional way. Boris followed up with me every step of the way even though he was not at the dealership the day I purchased the vehicle. Jimmy has also followed up with me and was able to find a second key to the vehicle. Overall, this "team" effort was a bit unorthodox, but worked out great! Jackie was incredibly helpful and got me to come in and Boris did a great job of making sure I was happy & made sure I felt the vehicle was safe; they were both very patient and courteous. George, Jimmy, and Richard really understood what my needs were and tried to accommodate me in every way possible, without putting any pressure on me. I would highly recommend this team! More
I believe the Service Center needs to be completely re-done when it comes to Customer Service. When you pull your car into the Service Center, you should be greeted by a Service Advisor and not hav re-done when it comes to Customer Service. When you pull your car into the Service Center, you should be greeted by a Service Advisor and not have to go into the office and wait for someone to help! My daughter and I stood around and watched people work until Jim said can I help you. Thanks Jim for noticing us standing around since others didn't I guess. For this particular appointment, I called and made an appointment over the phone, which was not an issue at all as it was just a routine oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early only to see my car not move for well over an hour. After almost 1.5 hours of waiting, I finally asked Joel to check on it since he was in the lobby, which he did and I do appreciate since I was with my daughter. He came back out after 5 minutes and said he could wash it, but that would be another 15-20 minutes if I wanted. At that point, I opted out and said just pull it around so I could leave. While this was only a routine oil change, I wasn't impressed at all at how this system works since I made an appointment and it should not take 1.5 - 2 hours to do an oil change. While everyone can make excuses on every given day, please don't promise someone something you can't deliver since I was told one thing and had to get answers on my own as that's poor customer service. Part of buying a new car is the overall experience you have with the dealership and their employees. Hyundai’s’ motto is that Hyundai offers you “the total buying experience” and Napleton Valley Hyundai i have with the dealership and their employees. Hyundai’s’ motto is that Hyundai offers you “the total buying experience” and Napleton Valley Hyundai in Aurora does just that! It brings me great pleasure that I write this review to commend Dave Ketza and the Napleton Valley Service Department for their superior customer service I received each and every day. I visited the dealership on March 14th, 2014 for my routine oil change and inspection, as well as shopping for a new SUV to purchase. All my anxiety and worries, however, soon disappeared as Dave Ketza greeted me politely and directed me to right personnel in their sales department. When asked by the sales department if I wanted to test drive the vehicle, I asked if Dave from their service department would be able to accompany me on the test drive, which they happily agreed. He was honest and forthright and explained all the features and changes Hyundai has made with their new vehicles. After just a couple hours, I was not only driving away in the car I brought in for routine maintenance, but also with a new 2014 SUV. Dave was also kind enough to not only waive the bill of my oil change and inspection for the vehicle I brought in for service, but also had their technician thoroughly wash and vacuum my vehicle as a courtesy. They also made sure my new purchase was in immaculate condition... (filled the gas tank, made sure all added accessories were installed and ready to drive off the lot). Their simple token of gratitude from Dave and the service department team, is just a small example, on how Napleton Hyundai goes above and beyond to not only service Hyundai vehicles but their customers and owners too! Given this heartwarming experience, it is important that the Napleton Valley Staff recognize and commend Dave and their entire team for the excellent service and the lengths he went through to ensure not only an excellent service experience, but the “OVERALL TOTAL BUYING EXPERIENCE.” I look forward to the ongoing relationship with Napleton Valley Hyundai and their service department! ~Diana Vlad More
