Purchasing our new 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited from Napleton Valley Hyundai in Aurora was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Even though the dealership is over an hour from our from Napleton Valley Hyundai in Aurora was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Even though the dealership is over an hour from our home, there is no question that this will be the first place we visit for our next vehicle purchase. Our appointment was scheduled just an hour before closing on a Saturday, and from the moment we walked in, our salesperson, Jordan Kabranov, made us feel welcome. Jordan was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Although they didn't have the exact color we wanted in stock, Jordan and General Manager Mike P. McKenna immediately went to work locating the perfect vehicle through a dealer trade. Jordan and Mike treated us with fairness and respect throughout the negotiation process and helped us arrive at a price that everyone felt comfortable with. Afterward, we met with Deb (Dagbhort Campbell) to discuss financing and warranty options. Deb was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the available coverage plans. She helped us understand not only the extended warranty we were interested in, but also several additional protections we hadn't previously considered. She put together a package that provided excellent value and fit comfortably within our budget. We expected to return on Monday to pick up the vehicle after it arrived. However, Monday morning we received a call that the dealership they were trading with had unexpectedly sold the vehicle that had been promised to us. Naturally, we were concerned, but Jordan immediately assured us they would make it right. And they did. The entire team spent the day locating another vehicle that matched exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to do a thing. In fact, the replacement vehicle came with additional features that made it more expensive than the original one. Even so, Jordan and Mike told us that because the situation was not our fault, they would honor the original agreed-upon price. That level of integrity and customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. They even tracked down an accessory we had discussed purchasing separately and had it waiting for us when we arrived. The updated paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, making the entire process seamless. We brought our son along, as this vehicle was for him, and he had no idea we had already completed most of the purchase. The vehicle was washed, ready to go, and they even let him take a quick test drive before signing the final documents. It was a special moment for our family. We truly could not be happier with the team at Napleton Valley Hyundai. Every person we worked with listened to our needs, communicated honestly, and went above and beyond to overcome unexpected obstacles without creating any stress for us. This was a genuine team effort, and it showed every step of the way. Napleton Valley was not the first dealership we visited during our search, but they were by far the best. We will gladly recommend Jordan, Mike, Deb, and the entire Napleton Valley team to our friends and family. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience. Please, learn from my experience and avoid this location and Hyundai for that matter. I purchased a certified used Tucson in January (2026). My salesman was Vasile. Trouble from the start. They told me the and Hyundai for that matter. I purchased a certified used Tucson in January (2026). My salesman was Vasile. Trouble from the start. They told me the car was certified, yet it wasn’t. I had to return for it to be certified. Within 2 weeks, it was leaking oil. Needed an oil pan replacement. That was just the beginning. I had to have the car towed in 4 additional times for repairs. Yet, I live closer to another dealership and they informed me that this car should have never been certified because it’s a “lemon “ I also had to have 2 more oil changes because apparently it was done incorrectly here. The dealer in Matteson said the best option is to give up the car and take a hit to my credit because it’s will continue to have issues and be out of warranty. Blue link doesn’t work. It tells me the car is normal even when it was broke down on the side of the road and undriveable. The customer service for Hyundai told me that I have a lemon and they want to make this right and then they never reached back out to me. I wouldn’t believe this were possible if I weren’t having to experience it for the last 6 months. Shame on Napleton. Shame on Hyundai. I only hope this review helps others never have to experience the nightmare I am currently living through. . More

I just paid this dealership for an expensive repair on my 2013 Jaguar XF & the problem still exist. It was leaking coolant so several things had to get replaced. I bought the car from this dealership in Marc 2013 Jaguar XF & the problem still exist. It was leaking coolant so several things had to get replaced. I bought the car from this dealership in March of 2024. I started smelling coolant a week after buying it. At first they told me I had to wait 30 days for the warranty to kick in. So at a later date they replaced a hose. Remind u today is June 1st 2026 & over $6,000 later I’m still smelling coolant & it’s still leaking. At this point I’m mentally drained & I will NEVER do business with this dealership or its affiliates again!! More
