They were always professional throughout the entire process. All my questions were answered thoroughly and they went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable with my understanding of all my new car's options and features. I would specifically like to single out Kris Bussey (with whom I spent the most time with during the purchasing process) for his diligent & throrough knowledge of all your vehicle products, features and options. THANK YOU JOEL ADAMES for your kindness, friendliness and help that day when I could not close my car door due the child safety lock. The other deal in Downers Grove REFUSED to help because they were closing and basically told me flat out I was stranded. I was literally in TEARS!!! I had my niece in my the back seat, and I WAS literally stranded because I could NOT close my car door, and obviously if you can't close your car door, you can't drive! I even offered to have my car towed to that dealer, BUT THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME so I called your dealership (I called them first because that was the number the 1800number for vehicle assistance gave me as the closest, which I did think was odd because I thought Downers Grove sounded kind of far and we were in Naperville). At least, that mean Downers Grove gave me your dealership phone number which I am VERY glad they did because you were VERY nice and you helped me RIGHT AWAY!!! THANK GOD!!! I used to live in the Chicago area, but now I live in New Mexico and drove out here by myself with my dog for an audition back before New Year's and have been here ever since. (My agent and family is here and I stayed to help family and go on a few auditions, but I miss my husband so it has been hard. I will be going back to NM in about a month or so.) But in the meantime, this trip has been really tough, and not being able to close the car door was really not helping my trip be any better, and then having the other dealership basically leaving me with no help made me feel helpless. I was not happy and so frustrated like "what else can go wrong on this trip again!" (I had two flat tires from hitting a pothole already during this trip so now this made me feel extra sensitive). Your help meant so much because on the phone, for one, I could tell you were actually LISTENING to me, and, two, you were actually interested in helping me solve my issue (unlike the other person at the other dealership that only cared about going home after closing time), and three, you gave me a suggestion of something to try to see if it would solve my issue (unlike the other person at the other dealership who said something like "well we don't know until we see what the problem is and you need to get your car towed over here but we are closing anyway"). I asked him what should I do, and he something like "well, I guess you're stuck" or "well I guess you're going to have have to stay there" or something ridiculous like that. I was in tears before I called you which is why I sounded pretty frantic when I called, especially since I was afraid you were closing too, so I was trying to talk really fast and trying to get my thoughts out and they wouldn't come out right. So thank you for bearing with me as I tried to get my thoughts out as I was so frantic! I was REALLY stressed out that day!!! AND obviously, your suggestion WORKED!!! because I was able to get my car door closed (which that guy at that other dealer could have obviously done too but chose not to do). You made SUCH a difference that day I cannot tell you!!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! Personally, I think EVERYBODY who has a Hyundai and who needs service and who is in the area should come HERE to YOUR service and NOT anywhere else because if you were able to give the kind of care ON THE PHONE to somebody the way you did and actually HELP me, I think that reflects on the kind of service you actually give when people are actually there IN your service too. Immediately after I inquired about one of their vehicles on cars.com, Sue called me with information and to set up an appointment. Sue also followed up with me the day of the appointment to let me know who on cars.com, Sue called me with information and to set up an appointment. Sue also followed up with me the day of the appointment to let me know who would be assisting me when I arrived ( very efficient). When we arrived we were greeted by our salesman, Carlton. He was ready to assist us and he was friendly and helped us wih no pressure. Sean, the sales manager also checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going smooth. When we decided on purchasing the car, the finance manager did the paperwork with us. Sean was informative,quick,and not pushy. From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience that I have had!!! More

First off Napleton Valley Hyundai has the best prices for new Hyundai's. Although, I purchased a slightly used Genesis, it too was very well priced according to all my research. Goran Milidrag was my sales r new Hyundai's. Although, I purchased a slightly used Genesis, it too was very well priced according to all my research. Goran Milidrag was my sales rep and he was friendly and helped me in answering all my questions. He even connected my cell phone to the Bluetooth. Mike Hall (Sales Manager) and I did very little negotiating, since he gave me pretty much what I wanted on my trade in. Mark Bisciotti is the Finance Manager, and he was great at explaining all the options and what was covered on the certified warranty, and all other aspects of the financing that I went with. He even brought me coffee in the next morning as we finalized the paperwork. I got a very good loan promotion with 1.9% no matter the months financed was a great deal. I have to say that this was the fastest I ever bought a car, and the best experience by far. Looking forward to getting my Genesis taken care of at this dealership for many years to come. More
