They sold me a new wheel for saab, then replaced the new wheel with a wheel that was not damaged. Had to go back and they had to get good wheel back from junk yard and replace the correct wheel. Mean time wheel with a wheel that was not damaged. Had to go back and they had to get good wheel back from junk yard and replace the correct wheel. Mean time, found out that the wheel they did replace (incorrectly) the tire was put on wrong, with the arrow going in the wrong direction. their reply as to why the work was done wrong was not acceptable. I recomend this dealer with reservations. I bought a used car from them. When I discovered a problem with the engine, getting them to fix it under their 30 day warrenty was like pulling teeth. THey ke used car from them. When I discovered a problem with the engine, getting them to fix it under their 30 day warrenty was like pulling teeth. THey kept trying to sell me their extended warrenty to cover it instead of honoring their warrenty.

If you want to buy a car from them, go ahead, they're not any worse than any other used car dealer. Just keep in mind that their "thorough inspection" is a joke. All they did was give the car an oil change, change the tires and brakes, and detailed the car. They missed a cracked exhaust and a coolant leak.

Since they eventually fixed the problem, I have no real complaints except how difficult it was to get them to do the repairs. I hear this is typical for lots of used car dealers. You probably won't have any difficulties, but if you do, be prepared for lots of resistance. More
