James in the service department was excellent! My husband an James in the service department went above and beyond helping us. My husband and I called from Titusville asking for help on our daughters VW Beetle a James in the service department went above and beyond helping us. Thinking the battery was no covered. James advised me that there going to run some checks. Only to find out that that battery was covered under VW warranty. He replaces it and set my heart at ease. It wasn’t because I got a new free battery why I give it 5 stars. It’s because outstanding customer service James provided that made me rate this the highest I could. I will be taking my car back here for now on. Thank you James for making my experience in dealer service amazing...!!! You rock..!! More

Poor service center I brought my vechical in for an diagnosis test. The issue was do to the park brake light and notification sound coming on while I am driving. The issu I brought my vechical in for an diagnosis test. The issue was do to the park brake light and notification sound coming on while I am driving. The issue happens almost daily at random times. I even video recorded several of the incidents. The video showed me driving with the e-brake down and the car in drive and the park warming notification light and sound going off as I drove. The mechanics could not duplicate the issue while the car was in their service. So the issue was not fixed. I was charged $70 for the diagnosis test. I do not agree that should have been charged this fee as my car is under warranty and I have video evidence of the issue. So I am out $70 and I am still having the same issue. Not sure what good warranty is with VW. More

However, now that I've had the oil change, I've been reentered for a barrage of email and snail mail so that I can't forget this place exists. I've already repeatedly opted out of Sirius XM calls, emails and letters. When I called Sirius XM, just out of curiosity, we confirmed my suspicion that I'm not even capable of having satellite radio, yet they still procede to send me ads, and it is because Napleton clearly sends your information in to them when you have a checkup, just as a reminder. I had already adressed this once, VW has some kind of partnership for kickbacks for enrollments, and Sirius XM then proceeds to do all manner of tomfoolery with you credit card information according to consumer reports. I also get plenty of advertisements from Napleton VW, suggesting I go to places like Miami to get my service checkup... this is such a waste of time, and it's just a nuisance that I don't have time to put up with. I called them recently about the Sirius XM, they said, 'we're so sorry, this never happens, we'll get that taken care of right away...' and I just received this letter about my next oil change. I specifically requested not to be advertised to during the service, I said, 'DO NOT CONTACT ME I WILL CONTACT YOU IF I NEED ANYTHING, AND DO NOT SHARE MY INFORMATION'. I said that to avoid this very situation. They apparently don't have that capability, as the bot in the back is programmed to use my information as they will. I want to stress that this review is not the fault, nor a reflection of the employess I dealt with, but I'm pretty sure that any negative reviews reflect directlly on them, so they ask you to kindly review them and blah, blah.. they were great, but your policies are abhorent and I want nothing to do with you from here on. Hopefully this will get your attention! More
