Dishonesty. I was told the car was new and it was’nt—it was a demonstrator. They get away with this because if a car hasn’t been titled they can say it’s new. They must have a lobbyist more powerful that the NRA. If you’re thinking of this dealership you should think about it again and again. Honesty isn’t their best policy. I had to pay to have the car cleaned of scuff marks all over including the upholstery and scratches removed. There was 750 miles on the odometer. When I questioned the salesman, his answer was all new cars have miles on them. They put on the paperwork that the car had 499 miles on it when in fact there was 750 miles. They also charged all that they could think of on the details in the paperwork and hustled quick signatures on all. You need to take a lawyer with you if you’re set on going there. Arnold Barad More

I was lied to from the beginning and told that my mileage overages from my previous lease would be forgiven because I was leasing a new vehicle (which is the only reason I leased a new vehicle instead of buying out my old vehicle) until a month later I get a bill for just under 2,000.00 for mileage overages. I was lied to by every staff member at this dealership and I will never go back for another vehicle. This was the worst decision I have ever made and I would advise you to go elsewhere. More
