Never go here for service on your car. This is the second time I wasted an entire day here. I was assured the last time that it wouldn't happen again so I figured it would give them another chance. I had an appointment for 1:15 to rotate the tires change the wiper blades and the air filter. I asked the service tech if they had a shuttle service. He said yes but it just left and should be back in about 20mins. I waited an hour ( figuring that maybe the driver got more calls for pickups while they were out) finally I asked again. I told them I would just get an Uber but was told the driver was only 10 minutes away.. this went on for quite a while. Finally, I ordered an Uber and as soon as I put my credit card in, the tech came over and told me the car would be done in 10 minutes, and that they were just washing it. I questioned him and he said no, it would really be done in 10 minutes so I canceled the Uber, and an HOUR later (5:00 pm) my car was ready. And it wasn't washed. 😬🙄😡. Why keep lying to the customer? Just tell me the truth. I would have been home hours ago if I had ordered an Uber. It's not like your customers have nothing else to do but sit in your cold boring waiting room all day! OH, AND STOP OVERBOOKING,
