Not one word about INCENTIVES FROM: Hyundai, Napelton's, Veteran?. ( I was allowed $100.00 for trade in--ripp off. Auto Nation offered me $500.00 wih repairs., etc.). 2. When I was sent LATE IN THE DAY (APPROX 5:30 pm) to Finance office (I NEVER met him before) ALL PAPERS WERE FULLY TYPED UP WITHOUT ANY DISCUSSIONS WITH ME. PRICE WAS JACKED UP ABOUT $100.00 PER MONTH for 36 months??? Napleton's was MOST agressive to get ALL papers signed ASAP WITHOUT SUFFICIENT DISCUSSION OR TRANSPARENCY OF ALL COSTS., ETC. (Small print alone would take about two hours to digest/comprehend fully). 3. Four car mats were missing from car. I phoned on July 15, Aug 16 & 22, '17 & left messageS. NO RETURN PHONE CALL FROM NAPLETON'S to resolve issue.? 4. As a Senior citizen-DISABLED VETERAN I expect Salesman to guide/advise me well in a LEASE deal. There must be a FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP with salesman. Without that the dealership is UNPROFESSIONAL/hurting senior citizens/the community of WPB. FL. Thank you. EP 08/23/'17 More

I have been looking for the passed 2 months for a convertible ZL1 Camaro and about a month ago I found one at this dealership and saved it in my Auto Trader list. Last night I saw the price dropped and decided I will pull the trigger to pursue the car so I entered my car information for a estimated quote. I was fairly happy with the amount that was automatically emailed to me via their "Trade In Valet" so I decided I would follow up with them in the morning. In the morning I missed a call from Raina and she left a voicemail about the trade offer. I called her an hour later and explained to her that I was looking to trade my car in for the Camaro and she quickly inquired as to when I could come in to see the car. I explained to her that I was from out of town and would like to speak with a sales person to obtain more details on the condition of the car and any flaws etc to which she responded "I'll get a sales manager to give you a call in a few minutes to discuss how the 'out of town' transactions are handled." I said that sounded good and waited. An hour passed with no call so I emailed her to ask when I should expect a call. 2 hours passed so I decided to call back figuring they were busy etc. Another lady answered the phone and asked how she could help. I explained to her that I had spoken with Raina earlier in the day and was waiting for a call from the sales manager about the Camaro and that I was out of town and wanted to get the details before I made the trip down to Florida. She responded with the same scripted response of "I'll have my sales manager call you in a few minutes I promise." 2 hours later I'm writing this review. I wonder what was up.... Do you guys hate outside clients? Are they a hassle? If so, you should explicitly state in your listing "locals only." I priced flights for this weekend wholly expecting any dealership would love to sell a car especially one that has been sitting on the lot for months. Based on the reviews here I might have dodged a bullet. More

WORST FINANCE DEPT The worst day of my life!!!! I had a service and I was told I could be put into another sonata to bury some old debt from last sonata got there at 7am The worst day of my life!!!! I had a service and I was told I could be put into another sonata to bury some old debt from last sonata got there at 7am after they ran credit and had me sign a deal i waited for my new car 5 hours later to be told that I would have to pay 3k when after i left there 3 times and had multiple managers call me to give me the deal i could afford and wanted. So i go back wait and guess what oh you need to give me 3k. What a scam what good is it to run my credit show me payment options have me sign on a deal for that payment and then hours later come back with that crap then on top they transfer my blue link service to new car give me keys to it and give a positive Google Review to Napeltons as the manager said i will give you the deal if you leave a positive remark. learned my lesson and UNREAL BAD BUSINESS Let them know that you will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General and also the Better Business Bureau. That will certainly get their attention. I also will be leaving bad ratings on several dealer review web sites. They don't even have the decency to call and apologize for wasting my time which i could have been working. More
