GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I wanted to find out about trading in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra for a new 2017 Hyundai so I went into the Napleton showroom while I was waiting for my c I wanted to find out about trading in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra for a new 2017 Hyundai so I went into the Napleton showroom while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I was greeted by a terrific salesman named Manny who was very helpful and not at all pushy. ( I do not like pushy sales people and I would have left had he been one of them). I told him what my goal was and that was to get a good trade in price for my car, then buy a NEW car that was within my budget. I went for a test drive with a brand new 2017 Hyundai Accent and liked it very much. I went back to the showroom to talk numbers and then met with Lynn who was the manager. She offered me an excellent trade in price but I told her that I needed to go home and sleep on it because I did not want to be impulsive. Lynn was terrific too and understood my needs and was not pushy either. Well after thinking it over I decided to go back to the dealership and go over a few things with them. I decided to go through with the purchase and then met with Lou in finance. The transition went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the WONDERFUl service I received from everyone I dealt with. Making a major purchase can be stressful but this went well. I love my car! I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends. Thanks everyone Rita Scupp More

Screwed I was told my lease was for 3 yrs,. but they changed it to 4 yrs. without telling me,. I am trying tto get out of the lease and if not I see other peo I was told my lease was for 3 yrs,. but they changed it to 4 yrs. without telling me,. I am trying tto get out of the lease and if not I see other people have had the same experience. I think it was the former financial man as they fired him right after my complaint. It may take a class action suit. More
