Posted a price online of $14,997 for a certified Hyundai Sonata. When I called the real price of the car was over $18,000 before tax and licensing...they added a $1,000+ dealer fee for profit and nearly $2,000 for certification. Yet they advertised the car for $14,997. Absolutely dishonest. More

You are in strong need of a management overhaul. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My father's brand new car has been sitting in the garage because we been chasing down the registration you people "forgot" to give him when he purchased it, "misplaced" when he came back a second time and swear that you "fedex'ed it a few days ago" and that it would be here by ______day. We have given you an email address that you were going to "email a hard copy to right away". Still nothing. We've tried contacting the salesperson who sold it to him, but he was "too busy" to bother answering or returning our phone calls. I don't know how you train your staff, and I'm no expert but the words "too busy" should never be in a salesman's vocabulary. I would ask if there's any hope he'll get his registration before next years model comes out but I'm sure you guys are "too busy" to bother reading this. Worst dealership in town. More
