My experience with Napleton Hyundai was great! Everyone was so nice, I was immediately helped. John Choynowski was who helped me, pick the perfect car! Had an appointment. Showed up early. 15 mins after appointment time, no one helped. Reception kept telling me she was looking for someone to help. Finally just left. So after a week of phone conversations, I decided to take the drive up to West Palm Beach from Pembroke Pines. When I have arrived, they told me that it wasn't going to work, as there was a problem with my credit. I do have subpar credit and requested that all of the financial work be completed before hand. They are liars, xxxx and I should have listened to every other review about this place. Avoid it like the plague. More

Good price on used SUV but after they added ALLLL the extras and $799 dealer fee WOW!!! out of price range. The SUV then became over priced....way overpriced. Leased a vehicle back in 2011 a Hyundai genesis was told that the warranty that I purchased and service package I bought could be used anywhere and the insurance was thru Hyundai financial. This was obvious that the warranty that I purchased and service package I bought could be used anywhere and the insurance was thru Hyundai financial. This was obviously a lie and took them 5 and a half months to finally send me some of the paperwork for the insurance for excess wear for tires that a dealer had told me we fine. was told by insurance company claim should have been done within 30 days of car being returned. However without the dealer getting back to me ever. It took a friend who lives near there to go in twice for me to take care of it for me. Cannot believe how poor customer service was there spoke to Hyundai on phone they really did not offer any help nor seemed troubled by this. However Fred the service writer has been helpful and offered good customer care. Just would stay away from sales floor but service department is good. More

Mike and the rest of the crew are also excellent....Sure any store makes mistakes on occasion and they are quick to restore them ...Would recommend them to anyone.Raul is excellent and will give good deals. Have a Sonata Limited and replaced my wifes Azera recentely due to a accident. More
I went there 2 different times! The 1st was for car I went there 2 different times! The 1st was for car would not start! They charged the battery! I asked if I needed a new one. they said NO! I asked if I needed a Generator? thay said NO! The 2nd Time had the same problem! They now changed the battery! they also chnged the Alternator! After the had the part supplier send them the Wrong part! So i paid 2 times for the same things to be FIXED the First Time! I drove out & a few hrs later, NOW my A/C was not KOOL! So What did they do while it was in their care! It was very KOL before I took to them!! So they RIPPED me off for a NEW A/C Compressor! New A/C Freezone air mix!!!!! Why is it that you bring your car in for Repairs & after you leave SOMETHING ELSE ALWAYS SEEMS TO GO WRONG!!!! More
