My wife purchased Genesis with assurances all service and parts were covered by the $ 3900+ extra policies. When servicing the car several hundred dollars of parts were not covered. After the first oil chang parts were covered by the $ 3900+ extra policies. When servicing the car several hundred dollars of parts were not covered. After the first oil change our garage and driveway were flooded with oil because the Napleton mechanic installed the filter incorrectly. Other issues are passed on to incompetents by Mr. Gomila, "Managing Partner". At the dealership they all seem nice and friendly but are wolfs in sheeps clothing. More
My wife and I were in the market for a 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0T a few days ago, and decided to stop by this dealership seeing it was fairly close to our home. Wow! What a extremely horrible experience from th 2.0T a few days ago, and decided to stop by this dealership seeing it was fairly close to our home. Wow! What a extremely horrible experience from the sales on down to the manager. The "female manager was outside having chat, playing on her cell phone, while the sales rep Daniel hung around waiting for her to come back with scribbled bits of paper with numbers. Not once did she come over introduce herself, talk to us. Daniel you did an okay job with earning our business, Its not your fault you have such unprofessional co-wokers that depend on you 100% as the customers first point of contact. Thank you Daniel. One thing to watch out for is informing customers that there are "so called incentives available, when in fact there were not" Having done so research about this dealership on google, this place is highly disorganized with a lack of direction. Future customers avoid this dealership all together, this place is truly the worst to go to. Save your self the trouble, headache and punishment of inexperienced sales reps who walk around, hang out, outside, disappear and have no respect or integrity whats so ever and i'm putting that statement mildly. If you looking for a New Car take the drive over to Delray about 8.1 miles south and sit down with "Liam" a absolutely brilliant sales executive! My wife and I bought our NEW 2013 GENESIS COUPE FROM DELRAY HYUNDAI, SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR! Napleton Hyundai YOU should just go ahead and close your doors, or maybe better yet keep reading these reviews and teach yourselves what's happening within your organization, or better yet send your entire staff back to training. 0/5 STARS. and thats being generous. I would never purchass any vechile from any Napleton after my experience my husband and I encountered. We were told by the girl on the phone, who is their internet ghost, that they had tons of cars und after my experience my husband and I encountered. We were told by the girl on the phone, who is their internet ghost, that they had tons of cars under 11,000. We needed to get in by that night or the next night for the big clearance sale. We rushed to get in and we were greated by someone else and she told me that the girl I spoke to just works behind the desk in the upper office. This after she made it like she would be the one I would ask for and would be working with. Long story short, they had ZERO cars for that price point and the manager tried to get us to see other cars (the old bait and switch). Never in all my years of purchasing cars did I experience such a horrible experience. I guess they think we consumers are ALL DUMB. My husband and I were shocked and its funny he called it that the manager wouldn't be back to talk to us becasue he knew he wasn't getting the sale. I have since found my car and other dealers who are incredible to work with. NAPLETON should have never lied just to get us in the door. We purchase cars every few years and we are a family of 4 drivers and NO NAPLETON will ever see my business again. Deb More
I bought my car from Napleton Hyundai with my husband about 10 months ago. I bought a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Within the first 10 months of owning this car... I've had to have 4 different parts replace about 10 months ago. I bought a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Within the first 10 months of owning this car... I've had to have 4 different parts replaced: sensor in the break pad (to start the car), my whole steering column, a sensor that communicated to my transition & those wires that connected the sensor to the transmission. Regardless - everything was covered on warranty... but every 3 months I've had to replace something on my car... It seems VERY EXCESSIVE! For my car being a "Certified Used" car - I will NEVER trust Napleton Hyundai in purchasing a car EVER AGAIN. Also, a few months ago, I was quoted about $400 to have some liquids replaced in my engine... and I took the quote to a local repair shop... which they only charged me $80 for the SAME THING. Two words: NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Take your business somewhere else! More
From the first time I entered the dealership I was treated in a friendly professional manner. My salesman Jeff Saied me and took me out to see the car I was interested in, 2013 Accent. He explained treated in a friendly professional manner. My salesman Jeff Saied me and took me out to see the car I was interested in, 2013 Accent. He explained all the safety features as well as everything that makes Hyundai different from the other cars in its class. We took a test drive and returned to the office to do business. He was knowledgeable and courteous during our deliberations until we came to a leasing agreement. He was very patient answering questions from a first time leasing customer. He made follow up calls and everything was ready when it was time to pick up the car. Afterward in the following weeks he answered all my questions and helped me in scheduling a 45 day service check up. Everything about the experience was good-the appearance of the dealership and the professional employees working there. More
I purchased one vehicle brought it back because it didn't feel safe to drive . Now I have another vehicle that I've taken back three times . I really hope they can fix the issue . It all started with an ad in the Sunday news " we will beat any competitors price by $2900...." So I called and spoke with Colette and explained to her that I have a valid invoice from another deale will beat any competitors price by $2900...." So I called and spoke with Colette and explained to her that I have a valid invoice from another dealer with an out the door price.. and since the ad in the paper states that they will beat that price by $2900 I would like to come by if that is correct...she stated " if you have the qoute in writing we will honor it"so I drove from broward county to the dealer on Okeechobee rd. upon arrival I asked for Colette...she was paged I introduced myself and she remembered who I was and recalled our conversation by phone she asked me if I could wait a few minutes and she would be right back..10 minutes later she brings a salesman over i asked her why do I have to deal with him if she was the one I spoke with on the phone? she said "well he's our newspaper ad specialist" right there a red flag should have gone up ...I gave him the benefit of the doubt..I explained to him that I already know what color/package and trim I want but he kept wanting to show me his inventory...we checked the lot and he had what we wanted but in red and black( we wanted white but it was not a deal breaker) after wasting more than an hour I asked him if he would please talk about numbers(price)thats when he runs to the podium and stays there for 15 minutes ..Don't know why ..he comes back with a MSRP price I explained to him about the ad and that I have spoken with Colette about honoring the quote fron another dealer.. he got all flustered and ran back to the podium to talk to "Mr.Bozo"..upon return he told me that Mr.Bozo on the podium said that they cannot honor the quote because they don't have the same exact car ...I asked him what about the cars you just showed us they are the same exact cars ...he said no we do not have them and that Mr.Bozo on the podium told him NO there is nothing we can do... I told him that the ad was a hoax it is misleading and they should have told me when I called that they will not honor another dealers quote... SHAME ON YOU! what a sleazy place... The salesmen that are employed there seem to fit in. Worst experience ever..I have purchased many cars during the last decade and never experienced anything like this before..You know your in for a suprise when you go to a dealer and you have a Bozo on the podium and all his little muppets running up to him for price quotes...why even have a salesperson if they can't close a deal without constantly leaving their desk and running to the podium? then when you think they are trying to work with you they send in another salesman to wear you down.It is difficult for me to imagine anyone having a positive car buying experience at this dealership. Some of the salesmen were polite but still sleazy.. Next time I should check the web for customer reviews first................... More
I purchased my Hyundai in 2006. When I completed the payoff to Harris Bank in October 2012 I asked for the title. They kindly informed me that there was no title! Harris had tried repeatedly to contact payoff to Harris Bank in October 2012 I asked for the title. They kindly informed me that there was no title! Harris had tried repeatedly to contact Napelton. Napelton refused to reply! So now i find out I own a vehicle with no title and i have to go through a dog and pony show to have my title reproduced. I quit going there a long time ago. I changed to Wallace Hyundai for my service needs. I didn't feel like I was being conned like i did with Napelton Hyudai. This was the third vehicle i had purchsed from Napelton and it is absolutly no doubt that i will NEVER deal with them again. Be careful! More
We went to look at a car, either new or used for my family. We told the salesman our particular situation once we got there. We told him what we had for a down payment, and what we had to trade in. We family. We told the salesman our particular situation once we got there. We told him what we had for a down payment, and what we had to trade in. We also spoke to him about needing special financing. He mumbled his name, and most of the conversation after that. I could hear and understand about every other word. The salesman asked what kind of car we were interested in, and after we told him, we were lead to the newest, most expensive car on the lot. We told him that we would not qualify for that amount, and we were told not to worry, they have "Magic Mike". We drove the car, liked it, and turned in all the paperwork, and was told we would hear from "Magic Mike" the next day. I went to the dealership the next day, and we were told what they could finance us for (half the amount of the brand new top of the line car we drove). I told my salesman of a car I found, which if they made the sticker price $2,000 less, we would qualify for. They would not budge on the price at all. They said "nope does not fit your paramaters". They then tried to force me into a car I did not want. I went back to another dealership I visited the day before, and they approved us for the same car, that was sticker priced $500 higher! I sent my salesman an email, and he NEVER responded. All I wanted was an explanation as to why I did not qualify for the car we saw there. I am very dissapointed. More
