"Big John" was an idiot. I walked into the dealership alone; perhaps due to the fact that I'm a 20-something female, he thought I would be an easy 'target,' or easy to take advantage of. I'm dealership alone; perhaps due to the fact that I'm a 20-something female, he thought I would be an easy 'target,' or easy to take advantage of. I'm not. When he walked away to "go get a price quote" on the car & options I wanted, I found him text-messaging someone in the corner of the room 10 minutes later. Only after confronting his boss about the issue did he start actually getting that price quote. Further, when we went to go test drive the new Hyundai Veloster, he told me to wait in the lobby while he got the car off the back lot. Unbeknownst to him, I stepped out of the lobby for a minute just after he left, and proceeded to watch him smoke two cigarettes before heading to the back lot to get the car. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from Napleton's WPB Hyundai, even though it's just down the street from me. ...I think I'll head to Delray Beach! More

It is difficult for me to imagine anyone having a positive car buying experience at this dealership. They use all the old tricks. Although they were polite they were really sleazy. Our primary salesmen used the old intercom trick on us. He was good, I didn't even notice it until after he left us. I'm referring to the old trick of secretly listening in on potential car buyers. The car buyers believe they are by themselves and talk "candidly" about the sale. Anyways, I hung up this idiot's phone and immediately him and the manager come running out of the manager's office to talk about their wonderful full sticker price deal. The facility itself is small, old, moldy, rusty, and rundown. The salesmen that are employed there seem to fit in. More
