I stopped by due to a problem with the trim on my Telluride's rear door window. The service person was friendly and informed me that there was actually a new recall for the problem. She made it very easy to schedule an appointment to have the recall taken care of. I was notified throughout the process of where my car was in the process. My car was ready on the time that they promised it would be. Service personnel greeted me upon my return to pick up my car and were very courteous and pleasant.
